Excellent support from staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff were so helpful as a member of our party couldn't join and they provided paperwork to support our insurance claim. Room was amazing.

Cons:

Wifi was a bit patchy and a little black mold in corner of shower, as I'm asthmatic this was a concern.

Pros:

Naprosto fantastický hotel, kam jsme se odebrali hned po první noci v hotelu Smy Orizontes (důrazně nedoporučujeme!!!) a byl to balzám na duši. Krásné, čisté, moderní pokoje, příjemné matrace, skvělá teráska s bazénem. Fantazie! Recepční ochotní, nápomocní. 2 bazeny s donáškou pití až k lehátku a vynikající snídaně. Děkujeme za super pobyt.

Pros:

Staff in the bar area on an evening were great, and made the trip worthwhile.

Cons:

We booked a ‘suite’ with a plunge pool, the staff member checking us in said she had ‘upgraded us’ which I believe was to cause some confusion as the room was extremely basic compared to the lovely room on the photographs - and was the reason I had chose the hotel. I was extremely disappointed by the room which had the shower in the bedroom with a separate small toilet giving no room for a changing area/ space when you leave the shower.
If you’re looking for a basic room/ pool/ breakfast this place is fine.

Definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

So glad we booked the Meltemi Village. From the minute we walked in and were greeted by Roy and Joanna. We would definitely recommend this little oasis. There are 2 pools to choose from which was a bonus as the smaller one was much for quiet and relaxing.

Tolle, kleine Anlage mit sehr zuvorkommenden Personal. Glutenfreies Gebäck beim Frühstücksbuffet auf Nachfrage erhältlich. Zimmer modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kleine Bars und Shops in direkter Umgebung, Strand in ca. 5 Minuten über wenig befahrene Straße zu Fuß erreichbar.
