Rosalba is the daytime mánager at the Hotel and she is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Mauricio is there in the evening and he is also very helpful.

For those light sleepers the hotel is near the main church and you can hear the bells every hour. I liked it but some people might dislike it

When staying in a hotel, you'll usually have security at the entrance. This can help you feel safe, especially if you're traveling with your couple. Is located in the heart of San Gil, not a location is you are planning a quiet relaxing trip but perfect to walk and get to know people.
Great location
Water was lukewarm. The breakfast was very basic.
The location close to the square and right across the street from the church was great, the open courtyard in the hotel was really nice, but our hostess, Rosalba, really made it a great experience. I ended up getting a little sick and she really went above and beyond to help out, I can’t say enough about the service.

small centrally located property just off the main square. brilliant staff and good sized rooms.
Hot shower was electric and only able to heat at a slow rate. Set in a courtyard so privacy reduced especially with lights on, blinds had to be down. church bells in the mornings.
the staff was very nice and the hotel setting was quite cute
the only down side were the church bells rings very hour even during the night, but we came prepared with hear plugs.
