Excelente espacio para el descanso, tranquilo, las comidas muy buenas
La atencion, la comida, las instalaciones
Las instalaciones y la atención de la recepción. En general la atención del personal, exceptuando los comentarios de sarcasmo de una de las chicas que atienden.
Las porciones de comida, muy pequeñas, el almuerzo mas que todo es muy poco, no corresponde al valor pagado. Asimismo, la atención con referencia a la alimentación es de calidad deficiente.
Todo es muy hermoso, limpio y las personas del hotel son super amables y serviciales, súper recomendado para los extranjeros a los que les gusta la naturaleza. Lo mejor es que es pet friendly

The breakfast was good. They said that it was buffet style, but they served the options for us. It was good quality and was filling with fruit and eggs with coffee. The cool part about the hotel is that it is also a plantation/farm. There are lots of animals like horses, goats, chickens and the staff take you to see all and interact with all of them.
The experience is slightly expensive for what it is. The room is nice, but not out of this world for what we paid. I think the way one should think of this hotel is that it is more like a resort. You stay at the farm, eat at the farm, and interact with the animals and activities on the property. You can leave if you want of course, but I think the idea is to take advantage of all the things they have on the property.

Excepcional la amabilidad de las personas encargadas de la atención y la adaptación del menú a dieta pecetariana. Zona húmeda adecuada para adultos y niños. Animales bien cuidados que gozan de espacios abiertos y luego corrales limpios que permiten interacción con bebés y niños.
La comida era de buena calidad.
Dejaron ingresar al perro de un huésped a la piscina del hotel, situación que incumple todas las normas de higiene, genera enormes riesgos de enfermedades y demuestra la falta de control de los funcionarios del hotel sobre los visitantes y su comportamiento. No volveré jamás y NO recomiendo este lugar
