AGRADABLE, SEGURA Y TRANQUILA

El desayuno ha pedido en mi caso, resultó muy bueno.

DECEPCIÓN
Pros:

Al final, no llegamos a hospedarnos, nos retornaron in situ nuestro dinero, gaste en movilidad ida y vuelta en vano.

Cons:

Se me pretendió asígnar una habitación no reservada con suma anticipación, hable con el administrador telefónicamente, y me cortó la comunicación en plena llamada.
Al final me enteré que la que había reservado, lo habian asignado a otra persona de Reserva reciente, una decepción.

Worse Hotel I have ever been. I don't understand how it has such a good grade.
Cons:

Breakfast was really bad, too much light in the room, the curtains were not opaque, impossible to sleep (on the 2nd picture it's 6AM). The ring bell under the window kept waking us up all night whenever someone was entering the hotel. It said on the reservation that the room was with a safe, hairdryer, coffee machine, it was not. It was the lottery with the hot water, sometimes you had some, and sometimes you didn't. We had to change hotel and ask for a refund for the nights we paid but couldn't stay because of all that, and they didn't want to reimburse us.
The area was not good, next to a huge mall (1st picture is the view from the room).
Dogs barking all night long.
If you want to sleep, don't go to this hotel.
