Ótimo atendimento, muito bem localizado e muito confortável. Me hospedaria lá novamente.

Lokalizacja blisko Plaza de Armas. Bardzo miły personal, nie było problemów z przechowaniem bagażów. Pyszne śniadanka na tarasie z widokiem na szczyty wulkanów.
Obiekt położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - blisko centrum i głównych atrakcji miasta. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.
Bardzo dobre śniadania podawane na dachu budynku, z pięknym widokiem na okoliczne wulkany.
Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia. Woda pod prysznicem bardzo wolno spływała w odpływie.
Příjemný ochotný personál, ubytování bylo 5 min od hlavního náměstí v historickém centru města
Bylo slyšet opravdu vše, co se dělo v hotelu i venku (hosty na chodbě a ve vedlejších pokojích, zvuky z recepce, hluk aut apod.)

A vista do vulcão no local do café é algo maravilhoso. Assustei c a beleza no primeiro dia, pois não sabia disso. O quarto é mt confortável e a água do chuveiro é quente e forte. O café é gostoso e eles deixam lanche bom e c água para quem faz passeios em horário anterior ao do café.
A localização é ótima e é mt fácil se locomover do hotel. Fizemos tudo à pé.

Very good place to stay. There is a terrace where breakfast is served and the view is superb. Fast internet so online work was possible without any issues.
Lage ist super. An der Rezeption war eine deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Die Dachterasse fürs Frühstück ist super, diese ist den ganzen Tag zugänglich.

Las sábanas tenían bolas. Pedimos recambio y seguían teniendo bolas. El suelo estaba sucio. El personal no tenía la amabilidad que hemos visto en otros hoteles por Perú, fueron bastante secos, excepto una mujer q si q fue muy maja la última noche.
Velmi se nám líbila terasa, na které se ráno podávala snídaně, a ze které byl hezký výhled. Snídaně byla také moc dobrá, pokoj čistý, personál velmi příjemný. Coca čaj byl k dispozici na recepci.
Náš pokoj byl v přízemí, takže trochu hluku z ulice, ale nebylo to tak hrozné, jako například v Limě.
