Pros:

Clean, room comfortable liked 2 chairs in room and food evening meal excellant. Will be back

Cons:

Only 2 tea bags and 2 coffees for a couple arrived at 2.00pm so maybe a couple of each would have been better.
Ladies toilet downstairs had missing toilet seat

Pros:

Cheapest hotel around Derry but everything high standard. Lovely food and bar and breakfast cooked fresh when you come down in morning. Beds large and comfortable and the showers are massive. Can't fault this hotel in any way. In Derry often for the weekend with motorcycle club and will be using this hotel from now on

Fantastic night had by all
Pros:

The staff are fantastic, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The restaurant menu was excellent. Lots of variety and the food was great. Breakfast was also great and the breakfast staff were friendly

Cons:

The hotel is not 5 star luxury but it has everything we needed for a family gathering.

Horrible is an understatement for the service I have received here, there is no way this place is still up and running

Cons:

Don't get me started on the snarky comments of the staff, the clogged bathroom, and the attitude of the people, pretty unhelpful and nasty vibes

Pros:

The proximity to Central station is ideal if you have an early or late train. Everything was clean and it was not busy. It is secure.

Cons:

Outside the street is noisy at night, in particular after premises shut up for the night. There are a variety of reasons for it. But they are all outside the hotel's control. If you need quiet for sleeping, make a note to request a room that is not facing onto the street.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent I really enjoyed it, the room was good value for money.

Cons:

On the right side of the bed next to the radiator there were empty sweet packets.
