Reception was so cold. Absolutely no comfort in this hotel. Rooms need a good updating

Pros:

Nothing, it was very warm, I asked for a fan told there wasn’t any left. the Hairdryer in the bathroom was cracked and taped up bed divans were appalling. Awful place staff couldn’t have armed less

the food was good

Cons:

seating in bar was food area worn you could feel the wood in your back. The toilet had old excrement in the pan. The air freshener was over powering.

Pros:

We stayed here for a visit to Derry, really enjoyed it, handy location. We had the interlocking room which was perfect for our family. The nest morning we visited wildlife Ireland which was only a 10 minute drive from the hotel.

Cons:

There were some quite visible hairs from previous visitors in the bathroom. Cleanliness could do with more attention, having said that we do like what you get for the price, and the staff was very friendly.

Nice comfortable little hotel had everything you could need for a short stay

Pros:

Food was fabulous, staff were lovely

Cons:

Room was freezing, had to run water for near 10 minutes for it to get any way warm amd that was just the sink, showers were awful and their was a smell coming up the drains that stank the rooms out, thin blankets on the beds had to use towels as extra blankets to try and keep the kids warm
