Don’t come on a Saturday.
Pros:

Our fault for coming during Sabaat, but there was not a lot of food available for purchase and the hotel did not have a store or area you could purchase other items. It was a 10 minute drive to get anything. Again, our fault, but we were not notified until the day before we were supposed to arrive.

Cons:

Beach access was inconvenient, but the facilities at the water front were nice

שירות מזעזע, מזלזל ומבזה. בחיים לא נתקלתי בחוויית שירות כזאת, אני חייבת להתריע כדי אחרים לא יחוו את עוגמת הנפש שאנחנו חווינו.
אוכל מתחת לכל ביקורת, לא אכיל בשום צורה! בצבא האוכל גורמה לעומתו. אפס סניטריה בסיסית, זבובים מעל כל האוכל, אוכל קר, לא מבושל, סלטים ישנים ומים עם פירות בפנים שעמדו פתוחים כמה ימים . הכל ספוג בשמן. לחם יבש.

באמת ממליצה להיזהר! מסתבר שאנחנו לא הראשונים שמתלוננים וחוו עוגמת נפש.
ריח של ביוב במקלחת, + מקלחון שמשפריץ מים החוצה - ואין איך לגרוף את המים / לייבש עם מגבת - כי הם לא מרשים לתת יותר ממגבת אחת לאדם.
בקיצור... לא מומלץ מכל הלב. תלונה ראשונה שלי בחיים על מקום.

כמובן ששיתפנו את צוות המלון בקבלה + אחרי כן המנהל כדי לתת מקום לשיפור. אבל זה רק החמיר מיום ליום.

כשהגשנו לאחר מכן בקשה לפיצוי - אף אחד מהרשת לא ענה לנו במייל לא ברשת הארצית ולא ברשת העולמית - למרות ששלחנו מספר פעמים את המייל וגם פנינו טלפונית.

אה, ואין קפה מגורען. יש קפה נמס שהם שמים בצנצנת מלוכלכת של טסטרס צ'ויס..
כל דבר שהוא אכיל או קפה אמיתי - בתוספת תשלום..

** לצורך העניין במלון הסמוך ברצועת החוף - אותו מחיר לשהות- יש נדיבות, היגיינה, סניטריה, קפה אמיתי, מלא ירקות טריים כמו שמצופה מיוון, מלא לחמים גבינות..בריכה נקיה ועוד ועוד. הלכנו לראות - להבין אם זה מקרה חריג, או זה הסטנדרט בכל המלונות באזור... מסתבר שזה חריג ביותר.

Cons:

Following Kosha is necessary for all residents, not only those who want. Besides food, which is ok, we couldn’t have coffee during Saturday, not freshly prepared food (there are no machines allowed), mot music.
Even though the hotel sent explanation info upon booking, This was not clear enough.
For one day is not so big problem, but the feeling that you can no do things because someone else believes or demands it, is not good feeling.
Even though the property and amenities are excellent, definitely I’ll think twice or more times to visit it again.

amazing stay in a kosher hotel - what a treat!
Pros:

perfect very sweet small hotel, everything kosher, friendly staff, amazing spa and gastronomy

location is a bit far off and also there are no options for organized trips but overall it is great
