Einfach super.
Pros:

Wirklich tolles und freundliches Personal, man hat sich sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Es war sehr hygienisch und sauber, das Essen war super und es gab eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Das einzige was nicht so schön war, war der Strand.

Great stay on Rhodes!
Pros:

The location, the hotel itself and the amenities were phenomenal. We felt very welcome from the very first moment at the hotel. It has its dedicated beach, which was also a plus. During breakfast, lunch & dinner there were wide selections of food to choose from.
The view from the hotel is amazing as well; its location is great because you can visit the Old Town, Faliraki & other cities quite easily.
The hotel also had a spa salon, a grocery store within and a beauty salon inside, which was very convenient.

Cons:

Everything was great, however I would mention these opportunities to improve:
1) The animators - I guess it depends on what to compare with, but overall energy seemed to be low. It would be good to change the program and add a variety of different activities: tennis matches, running together, swimming competition in the ocean etc. It depends, of course, on the target audience - but the activities above would capture the interests of younger visitors.
2) The two ladies working the pool bar during the day: it felt a little bit like it was a chore for them to be there every day; I wish they were a bit more welcoming;
3) Gym - overall okay; perhaps a bit more of free weights / dumb bells would be great

Sehr schönes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, leider etwas zu teuer.
Pros:

Essen im allgemeinen war hervorragend, sehr große Auswahlmöglichkeiten, sehr hochwertige Lebensmittel. Qualitativ war das Essen eine glatte 10+
Das Personal war immer für einen da wenn man eine Frage hatte und sehr sehr hilfsbereit.
Was sehr angenehm war, dass selbst spät am Tag noch ausreichend Liegen am Strand zur Verfügung standen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer selbst war schon etwas älter und zeigte doch schon Gebrauchsspuren. Die eine Seite des Doppelbetts war durchgelegen, alles in allem war das Bett der größte Kritikpunkt im Zimmer.
Obwohl das Hotel Schilder hat anbringen lassen, dass es nicht erlaubt ist die Liegen mit Handtüchern zu „reservieren“,
war es morgens doch üblich von einigen unverbesserlichen Zeitgenossen diese „Bitte“ zu ignorieren.Leider hat das Hotel darauf überhaupt nicht reagiert, dann kann man die Schilder auch wieder abschrauben.
Ein Kritikpunkt der angesprochen werden sollte war das Animationsteam. Ja sie machen auch nur ihre Arbeit, aber ob man bei 2 Teilnehmenden an der Wassergymnastik das komplette Hotel mit sehr lauter Musik beschallen muss?
Man freute sich auf jeden Freitag, da hatten die Animateure „freien Tag“.

Pros:

Older hotel but with a beautiful view, a great pool, and a beach right next to the hotel, which is not common in Madeira. Everything was clean and comfortable, I have no complaints about the accommodation.

Cons:

The food was a bit weaker, but the kids were fine with it. The selection of fruit was sufficient.

Pros:

Tolles Hotelpersonal. Alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolle Bar und die Animation war nicht aufdringlich wie teils in anderen Hotels. Sehr gut das auch deutsch gesprochen wurde.
Sehr abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Jeden Abend win anderes Motto. Top.

Cons:

Es war etwas hellhörig durch die alten Türen. Vorne beim Fahrstuhl waren die gedämmt und auf neustem Stand. Sollte man nach und nach überall einbauen.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Kleineres Hotel mit wenig Animation. Gutes Essen und freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber im Hotel und in der Poolanlage. Grosses Zimmer und schöne Aussicht zum Meer.

Cons:

Etwas kühles Ambiente in der Bar. Personal in der Poolbar dürfte freundlicher sein. Mehr Geräte im Fitnesssbereich.

Pros:

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche auf Rhodos verbracht – ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir sind vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit angekommen und haben ein früheres Check-in sowie sogar ein besseres Zimmer als gebucht erhalten – vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! Die Reinigung und Verpflegung waren auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Der Strand ist schön, direkt gegenüber unserem Hotel gibt es einen sehr guten Zugang ins Meer, ohne Steine oder Felsplatten. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were of great quality. The cooling system worked perfectly, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature.

The staff were absolutely amazing – kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

The fresh orange juice at breakfast was truly delightful. The food selection was varied, but it could have been tastier and of higher quality. We also noticed that Greek cuisine was not very prominent on the menu.

The bar was outstanding – diverse, professional, and offering creative cocktails that exceeded our expectations.

The lazy river was perfect for relaxation, and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas by the beach.
The right side of the beach was sandy, while the left side was rocky, so I highly recommend wearing water shoes.

Overall, I would give the highest rating to the staff and room cleanliness.

Additionally, there was a bus stop very close to the hotel, which made exploring the area easy and convenient.

Finally, a special thank you to Marina, Georgia, Rafaela, and Nicklas for their exceptional service and kindness, which made our stay truly unforgettable.
