Super snídaně čistota misto
Nemožnost si dát večer pivo v restauraci, důvodem byla malá či nulová návštěvnost v restauraci, personál oznámil máme zavřeno i přes to že je napsána otevírací doba do 22. Jsme hosté a nemůžeme za to že nikdo nepřijde do restaurace. Očekávali bychom aspoň alternativu jak to dělají jinde v hotelu v podobné situaci. Nabídnou možnost vzít si pivo točené na pokoj.
Zimmer unterm Dach war etwas warm, aber sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück sehr gut.
Achtung, Sauna und Wellnes sind nicht im Preis inkl. und kosten extra (ca. 65€ für 1,5h).
Ich hatte zum Abend im Restaurant das Rip Ey - das teuerste Produkt auf der Karte und Grillgemüse.
Das Staek war irgendein Stück Rind- eher kein RE- Es war zäääähhhhh wie Leder und regelrecht faserig und sehr ungleichmäßig geschnitten, wodurch es im dicken Bereich noch Roh war - die Kellnerin hat es dann zwar noch einmal in die Küche gebracht, aber besser ist es dadurch nicht geworden - außer das das Gemüse dann auch noch kalt war...

We liked the location and the breakfast was decent.
We booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as a wellness hotel with saunas included, and we came from America to a small town in the Czech Republic for a special birthday trip expecting that experience. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the saunas were only available by reservation and were not actually included in the way the website suggests.
What was most frustrating was that the receptionist admitted they were already aware of this discrepancy on the website and said it takes months to update, meaning they know guests are being misled. Despite this, no effort was made to offer a solution, compensation, or any kind of accommodation for the inconvenience.
To make matters worse, we were not properly instructed on how to re-enter the hotel after going out for dinner. When we returned, we were locked out for 30 minutes in the freezing cold while trying to reach someone by phone and verify our reservation and identities just to get back inside.
Additionally, the rooms we booked were supposed to be right next to each other, but instead they were placed in completely opposite wings of the hotel. Because of the confusing layout and lack of guidance, we accidentally triggered alarms in the middle of the night while trying to find our way back to our rooms.
The next morning, a different receptionist informed us that the saunas were actually available that same night at 9:30 PM and said she didn’t understand why her coworker had not booked us in or directed us to use the sauna at their other location. This made the situation even more frustrating, as it confirmed the issue could have been resolved from the beginning. Despite all of this, no remedy, apology, or compensation was offered.
Instead of the wellness experience we specifically booked and traveled for, it ended up feeling like just a regular hotel stay with unnecessary stress and confusion. This was especially disappointing since it was meant to be for a birthday.
