Highlight of Guatape
Pros:

Beautiful spot on a peninsula with views of the lake and mountains. Spotless and modern. Lovely common areas. Kind staff. Gorgeous gardens. Very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

A little far from Guatape than expected but much preferred lake spot over staying in Guatape town. You can take a local ‘jeep’ from El Penol town (3km from the hotel) to Guatape which was a fun way to travel.

To miejsce idealne, w pobliżu wszytskie atrakcje. Bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Standard bardzo wysoki, piekny ogród z owocami, trawnikiem , miejscem na grilla i jacuzzi. A to wszystko we wspaniałej scenerii jeziora. Wspaniali gospodarze i personel. To miejsce zdecydowanie warte lepszej oceny niż 10. Może uda nam sie jeszcze kiedyś wrócić.

Pros:

The room had breathtaking views of the lake from the terrace. The heated jacuzzi was awesome to use in the evening. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. This place offers excellent value for money.

Cons:

Two sun loungers were not enough for the entire property
It is not immediately obvious that there is no restaurant on the property - we were surprised and disappointed to learn that we would have to eat out - not ideal as the hotel is quite far from Guatape. But the staff were happy to order in although we had to ask for the food to be heated up.
More internal tables for breakfast? When there is bad weather, the hotel needs a back up plan!

Es war eine der schönsten Unterkühlten wo ich jemals war. Landschaftlich wunderschön gelegen ist das Hotel liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super. Vielen Dank noch mal.
