La calidez del personal
No me gusto en absoluto que al lado del hotel hay un Hostel Bar donde realizan fiestas y el sonido es muy muy alto y retumba en toda la zona. Era insoportable el ruido. Cuando pensamos que había acabado toda la fiesta y el ruido a las 11:00 pm, ahi fue cuando inició otra fiesta justo al lado del hotel en una casa que tienen arrendada por airbnb. y el sonido era muy alto y duró hasta la madrugada. Realmente se nos hizo difícil conciliar el sueño.
Por otro lado la cama supletoria muy incomoda y suena mucho cada que se mueve la persona.
Los jacuzzis son por horarios y no son abiertos a cualquier hora que el huésped lo requiera.
El desayuno no es extraordinario. es básico y no hay variedad.

Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. Beaucoup d’informations de leur part. Déjeuner copieux. Belle vue sur le lac, beaux jardins, avocatiers, beaucoup d’arbres fruitiers. Oiseaux sur le site. Lit très confortable et belle literie. Agréable d’être sur la galerie. Tranquille et sécuritaire. Très facile pour l’organisation d’un tour de bateau privé directement avec l’hôtel et départ au quai de l’hôtel. Nous y retournerions demain matin sans problème.
We had an amazing stay! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Before arriving, the hotel kept in touch with us via WhatsApp and was attentive to our arrival time, which made the check-in process very smooth. When we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and everything was ready for us.
The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a large bathroom, TV, and a lovely private balcony with two chairs and a table. The view of the lake was beautiful, and the whole hotel felt peaceful and relaxing. We also really appreciated how well they manage insects, especially given the location by the lagoon.
The breakfast was included and was honestly delicious, especially considering the price of the stay. The breakfast staff was also incredibly kind and attentive. Overall, everything was very clean and well maintained, and we loved the attention to detail and the technology/amenities in the room.
The hotel is small and boutique-style, so there are no facilities like a gym or swimming pool. However, this is understandable given the size and concept of the property, and they do offer one complimentary hour in a heated jacuzzi, which was a really nice touch.
The staff also helped us arrange transportation and additional activities during our stay, which made everything much easier. These activities have an additional cost, but having the hotel coordinate them for us was very convenient.
Honestly, there is very little to complain about. The only thing worth mentioning is that, as a small boutique hotel, there is no swimming pool or gym. However, we knew this was part of the hotel’s concept, and the complimentary heated jacuzzi was a great alternative.
Très bel hôtel au bord du lac. La vue est magnifique. Super les 2 chaises et la table sur le balcon (mais trop de moustiques pour en profiter au coucher du soleil).
