Pros:

Lo amable que fueron los trabajadores, entiendo lo del frío pero quizás calefacción podrían pensar en tener y aparte la estructura de las ventanas no permitió que cerrase bien,,,pero luego me ayudaron con un frazada extra gruesa. En general todo muy bien.

Me gustó el ambiente, todo estaba limpio y habia shampoo y jabón algo que normalmente no he encontrado en otro hoteles

Very rude young gentleman at the front desk that was not helpful with providing hot water at the room. The parking lot is a joke because it is a very small space that is packed with multiple cars that have to be moved to make space.

La ubicación, muy cerca a la Plaza de armas, comercios y muchas cosas más.

Cons:

El personal nada servicial, siempre estaban ocupados cuando se les pedía algo. Se les pidió que no hicieran servicio de habitación pero lo hicieron sin importar las indicaciones, después del servicio de habitación dejaron líquido derramado cerca a la mochila donde estaba la Laptop y la tablet. Además se les pidió una habitación matrimonial pero nos dieron una habitación personal, la cama muy pequeña y solo dejaban 1 toalla en lugar de 2.
