Pros:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ich möchte mich besonders bei dem Besitzer Herrn Mohammed bedanken. Er tut wirklich alles dafür, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen, zufrieden sind und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben. Seine Gastfreundschaft ist nicht nur professionell, sondern vor allem menschlich. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste ehrlich am Herzen liegt und nicht nur der geschäftliche Aspekt.

Während meines Aufenthalts war der Rooftop-Pool leider geschlossen. Der Grund dafür sind laufende Renovierungsarbeiten an den oberen Etagen des Hotels. Diese Arbeiten werden das Hotel sicherlich noch weiter aufwerten und künftig für noch mehr Komfort sorgen. Da ich vor meiner Anreise nicht wusste, dass renoviert wird, waren die Bauarbeiten und der geschlossene Pool für mich persönlich etwas enttäuschend.

Umso mehr hat mich die Reaktion von Herrn Mohammed beeindruckt. Er zeigte sofort Verständnis für meine Situation und bot mir unkompliziert die Möglichkeit an, meinen Aufenthalt zu stornieren. Diese Fairness und sein entgegenkommendes Verhalten haben bei mir einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.

Auch die Lage gefällt mir sehr gut. Der Stadtteil Al Ahyaa bietet alles, was man für den Alltag benötigt: kleine Geschäfte, Gemüseläden, Cafés und Restaurants. Dadurch muss man nicht ständig ins oft hektische Zentrum von Hurghada fahren. Die Infrastruktur ist sehr praktisch und angenehm.

Der Zugang zum Strand ist in dieser Gegend etwas schwieriger, und da zusätzlich auch der Pool geschlossen war, habe ich mich letztlich entschieden, meinen Aufenthalt nicht fortzusetzen. Dennoch bleibt meine Erfahrung mit Herrn Mohammed äußerst positiv.

Sobald die Renovierungsarbeiten abgeschlossen sind und der Pool wieder geöffnet ist, kann ich mir gut vorstellen, zurückzukehren. Herr Mohammed ist für mich ein Gastgeber, der mit Herz bei der Sache ist und genau weiß, was echte Gastfreundschaft bedeutet. Solche Menschen findet man nicht überall.

Cons:

Das ich bei der oder nach der Buchung ( vor der Anreise ) keine Information über geschlossen Roof Pool oder Renovierungsarbeiten erhielt.

I had a great comfortable stay. The rooftop is beautiful. The food was affordable able delicious. The full bar is great. Ahmed the manager provided me with amazing customer service and patience. They are going through renovations, so be patient with them. Definitely stay.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service and the substandard condition of the accommodations provided during my recent stay in Room 303.
My negative experience began even before my arrival. I found the conduct of the Administrative Manager, Mr. Hassan, to be highly unprofessional and rude during our initial telephone communication. This set a very poor tone for the rest of my stay.
Upon checking into Room 303, I found the accommodations to be entirely unacceptable. Specifically:
• Room Condition: The overall state of the room was derelict and did not meet basic hospitality standards.
• Air Conditioning: The unit was excessively loud, functioning more like a fan than a cooler, and it repeatedly shut down every thirty minutes.
• Furniture & Amenities: The wardrobe was unusable as there were no facilities to hang clothes. The bed was in a dilapidated state, creaking loudly with the slightest movement. Furthermore, the refrigerator was non-functional, and the kettle was rusted.
Regrettably, my initial complaints were completely ignored by the management. It was only after I explicitly stated my intention to post a negative review on Booking.com that any action was taken to upgrade and change my room.
This experience reflects a significant lack of professional management and a disregard for guest comfort. I am deeply disappointed by the poor state of the facilities and the initial lack of accountability. I feel it is my responsibility to warn others against booking at this establishment
