Blízkost obchodû malá velikost hotelu, bez pocitu samoty, možnost sravovani
Jistota ubytovani a stálost personalu

Cons:

Snidane s obsluhou každý den beze zmeny nedostupnost internetu WiFi na pokoji a malá četnost i v recepci jeden neochotný rvepcni, nemožnost změny pokoje, ubytování nepřizpůsobeno na delší pobyt
Pouze krátkodobě pobyty
Cena není také snížená u dlouhodobého pobytu který nevyžaduje denní uklid. Výměnu povlečení prádla atd
Očekávání zcela nebylo splneno
