I booked the hotel for my parents. They are senior citizens. Hotel Owner Shri Pradeep jee supported and helped in every thing and treated them as of his own family members. He took care of them very nicely and helped them to board for Kathmandu. As per my Parents, the Hotel is Very Good , Neat and Clean. Very Supportive Staff, Good Food and Overall A very good Man, Mr Pradeep jee the owner of the Hotel. May God bless him much more success. Thank you so much Pradeep Jee:🙏🙏🙏🙏

This hotel is at very good location and near the holy janaki Temple
Staff was cooperative and wifi was good. Location was also good.
Bedsheets were not clean and were not changed in spite of several requests. Food quality and presentation was very bad. Lift not working. Towels were not clean and torn. No exhaust and toileteries in bathroom. Not received payment online and we had to pay in cash.
Absolutely nothing
The overall stay was worst, they did not take my US credit card for payment as their machine was not working so I had to pay them through my indian payment method. They gave us a different room at first and after a while when I told them that the booking was for deluxe family suite then they transferred us to the deluxe suite.
The room was dirty, the blanket had stains, bedsheet was dirty. The bathroom had no privacy as the glass of the bathroom door was broken. Mirror in the bathroom was broken. When I went to take a bath in the morning then black dirty water was coming out of the tap. The towels were dirty and smelly.
We ordered food from hotel and they gave wrong food but charged in full. They didn't even gave plates or spoons to have the food.

No hot water, the bedsheet are so bad that your whole clothes would be in white threads after you wake up. The hotel staff has no clue and has no answer to the issues. Avoid this hotel, worst experience from whole Nepal trip
