Pros:

Vše v naprostém pořádku! Personál usměvavý, vstřícný, nápomocný! Ubytování pěkné, čisté. Doporučujeme!

Obstojné, může to být lepší
Pros:

V hotelu jsme strávili jednu noc ze soboty na neděli, předně je třeba říci, že je velmi dobře umístěný, cca 10 minut od lázní.

Cons:

Bohužel jsme přijeli v 17:30, recepční Ruslana se na nás ani neusmála a bez pozdravu ihned vyžadovala informace, nicméně to bylo možná protože byl hotel zcela plný, brali jsme si poslední pokoj.
Byl jsem překvapen, jak ihned sdělila, co vše budeme platit, wellness 700 pro dva, parkování na den 150, župan a pantofle xxx a večeři si můžeme dát pouze do 18:30, pak musíme jinam, no dobře.
Pokojík byl malý, ale s tím jsme počítali, malý byl nicméně i tento příplatkový wellness, s finskou saunou, kde se šetřilo elektřinou, nebylo tam ani 80 stupňů!
Bohužel tam není ani nějaká místnost pro odpočinek s lehátky, ty jsou pouze venku a byly většinou obsazené. Wellness tedy nenadchne, nu což.
V pokoji v prvním patře šel slyšet kontinuální hluk z chodby, ale dalo se to snést.
Snídaně byla obstojná, potěšila slanina a vajíčka, kterou doplňovali, bohužel nedoplnili zeleninu, která byla prázdná již v době příchodu, nicméně na snídani byla milá paní z personálu, tedy 2* především za umístění a paní od snídaní, jinak bych doporučil jiný hotel.

W obiekcie jest spa ale obowiązkowa opłata co nie jest uwzględnione w ofercie , szczególnym świństwem jest pobieranie jakiej kolwiek opłaty za zameldowanie przez internet , śniadanie słabe bardzo skromne , napewno więcej tam nie pojedziemy

Hrozně malý pokoj č.14, na záchodě nešel ventilátor. Televize v uličce naproti postele, kdy jsme se do ní párkrát praštili.
