Pros:

Snídaně perfektní. Hotel je pěkný na krásném místě. Ideální na procházky po okolí.

Cons:

Chtělo by to vyměnit záchodové prkénko za 300 Kč. Poma nejezdila.

Pros:

Hotel położony w pięknym miejscu. W środku lasu. Idealne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi. Wspaniała kuchnia! Bardzo miła obsługa. Blisko do przystanku kolejowego, z którego można pojechać do Liberca i dalej oraz do Szklarskiej Poręby. W odległości 15-20 minut jazdy samochodem wspaniałe trasy narciarskie.

Tiché místo v přírodě, servis horší
Pros:

tiché prostředí v lese

Cons:

Náš pokoj 303 měl okno, které nešlo zavřít, v zimě, když sněžilo. Dále nešla TV, když jsme to šli řešit, na recepci pouze řekli, že to nejde v celém hotelu ( přitom v restauraci šla). Řešit to nikdo nechtěl.
Recepce moc nefunguje. Místo je proslulé běžeckými trasami a když jsem se zeptali na recepci, jak se na trasu dostat, neporadili, nevěděli, 2. nás poslal tam, kde trasy nebyly.
Ještě nidky jsem neplatila za VINEU 0.33, dětskou, 69 Kč a za vodu z kohoutku 1l 69 Kč.
Nekonzistentní snídaně, jeden den máte med, citron, jogurt jako standard, 2. den to tam není.

Dobre misto na zimni dovolenou s malymi detmi.
Pros:

Skvele misto pro zimni dovolenou s detmi - hotelovy vlek s detskou sjezdovkou vhodny pro mensi deti, ktere uz lyzuji, pripadne i na sankovani. Sjezdovka je kratka, ale na modrou celkem prudka. Apartman byl v samostatne budove naproti hotelu (byl tam klid, s vyhledem do sjezdovky). Jednani s personalem bez problemu.

Cons:

V koupelne by mohlo byt mydlo. Davkovac na mydlo byl prazdny. Alespon jedna matrace byla prilis mekka. V kuchyni by mohly byt hluboke talire (nebo misky).

Misto neni vhodne na bezkove lyzovani primo z ubytovani, na to by musely byt naprosto perfektni snehove podminky. Ale na bezkovani dojet autem neni problem.

Na chodbe budovy za vstupem byl citit cigaretovy kour, i kdyz kourit se tam nesmi.
