Very nice family stay, good breakfast, comfortable
Pros:

The owners of the place were very Nice and helpfull and we felt Like we are family.
There are very often electricity reductions on Zanzibar Island but our host had electricity generator which he would turn on most of the time.
Breakfast was very Nice and abundant.

Cons:

The place ownes 5 dogs of which not all are friendly with guests so you need to be carefull.

Fantastic
Pros:

I loved my overnight stay there. Petra was very friendly and accommodating I checked into the hotel after 9pm. She prepared late dinner that was truly delicious.
For breakfast I had a good variety. I appreciate the couple that owns the place. Very gracious!!

Pros:

International breakfast was the norm wich was tasty and can make europeans feel at home but local breakfast could be arranged too if requested wich I loved so much and was SO filling. Dinner is priced reasonable, a little higher than surrounding places but portions are HUGE and quality and taste is 20/10. All dishes are very fresh and the chef is a sweet soul. The owners are very transparant and well organised. They have trustworthy connections to arrange all activities you can think of and are very happy to help any time. The place offers a sense of privacy wich I loved. I can imagine it also being a very good place to celebrate with a group of friends as they offer the facilities (swimmingpool, bar, line wall, high quality music installation, game are). I really felt looked after and will definitely visit them again. Cleanliness and hygiene is 20/10, the place always looks and feels polished. Rooms are well equiped, for hot nights, beautifully designed and mosquito protection can be bought from them (wich works well and is way cheaper compared to buying it at home if you travel from Europe). Excellent location and such sweet and caring staff. Couldnt have felt more safe here. Wifi is free and very high speed.

Cons:

If you are sensitive for the smell of cigarettes let them know in advance so they can make sure to place your breakfast seat in a spot were you will not be bothered by it.

Perfect place to unwind
Pros:

Everything. Beautifully made and run. Food is fantastic. Petra & Tomas are such amazing & friendly people. Their labour of love is the perfect place to unwind and have fun. Music, dance floor, darts, pool and a pool. The family bungalow with two rooms was perfect for our family of 3. Thank you Petra and Tomas for the wonderful stay.

Pros:

Exceptional place to stay. The facilities - swimming pool, bar and restaurant were all first class. Food was delicious. Best of all was the wonderful welcome and hospitality shown by the fantastic owners Petra and Thomas. They went way beyond what one could expect to make sure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended

Very pleasant stay!
Pros:

The owners Petra and Thomas were very lovely and very hospitable
The pool and pool bar
The facilities
The feel of the place
The food at breakfast
The shower and towels
Complimentary water provided

Cons:

The little house we stayed in was just so hot! (AC is needed!)
The bedrooms need mirrors and bedside lamps
The beds weren't overly comfortable
No juice or water served at breakfast
Food and drink prices were expensive
10-15 min walk away from the beachfront
