The location was very convenient with the transport system. staff very helpful especially with my transport booking.
Firstly I like their hospitality and all the staff were ready to help and guide you. Secondly, the premises were very neat and clean. I had a very comfortable stay there.
Their food was good but still they have to work more on their menus. They can especially add more options for vegetarian lovers.
Breakfast was good, especially the habanero chilies, staffs were excellent and on their feet.
Our room had leakages, around 2am at night the room was leaking water, we had to call room service to provide a bucket for water not to spread on the entire floor
Both rooms selected were mountain view, but we only got 1 room mountain view
Ace took a lot of time to cool in 1 room and the 2nd room had alot of noise from other guest.

can't keep A/C on inside the room when stepping out; no place to go in a short walk around the hotel.
The hotel is very good with various necessary needs like supermarket, kids games, restaurant, Very nice break fast with farioute of bites. Staff were also very supportive in all aspects.
Everything in the hotel was good except the issue of swimming pool sharing with non hotel guests, also need to improve on floor cleanliness, the hotel also need to have shuttle to train station even if customers will need to pay due to hotels location.
A beautiful hotel with organized and professional staff. Whatever they do in training, they must keep doing it. We had am amazing stay with them.

The staff was exceptional and friendly and always willing to assist and super helpful. However great location and overall not too bad if they can fix the restaurant and food.
Food horrible and cockroaches in dining area rooms are small and nothing like picture, no gym. Beds are hard and not comfortable at all - fix this and you will have a superb establishment.
