Pros:

Great value for money, amazing staff, specious rooms and bathrooms. Compared to other hotels in the same location, this one is the best! Highly recommend!

Great hotel very close to ADO bus terminal
Pros:

Nice hotel very close to ADO bus station. Good hot shower with decent water pressure. Filtered water available in the lobby. Also close to restaurants in the center.

Cons:

Wifi wasn’t working in my room, there were stains on one of the bed covers. You can hear people talking in the lobby if you have one of the rooms on the lower level.

La stanza ampia e comoda, gli spazi comuni con un bel giardino e la piscina. La posizione è ottima, a fianco del terminal dei bus ADO e alla fermata dei minibus per il sito archeologico e all'inizio della bella strada tranquilla con numerosi ristoranti e caffè . Presenza del personale h 24 e prezzo contenuto

Alcuni difetti nella manutenzione: una finestra che non chiudeva perfettamente, la cassaforte non funzionante, il blocco della serratura della stanza mal fissato alla porta

El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento.

La habitación era encantadora y acogedora.

La cama comodísima, con sábanas muy suaves y agradables (aunque con un aroma quizá demasiado intenso por el uso de suavizante).

El desayuno no estaba incluido, pero era muy rico.

Excelente presión de agua tanto en la ducha como en el lavabo.

Ubicación perfecta, a un paso del Zócalo.

Enchufes cerca de la cama, muy prácticos.

El hotel es realmente bonito por dentro, con mucho encanto.

El wifi funcionó muy bien desde que solicitamos la clave del router del piso superior.

Toallas muy agradables y de buena calidad.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía ventanas, solo un tragaluz en el techo que da al patio interior.

No dispone de ascensor (aunque solo es un piso).

No se puede tirar el papel higiénico al WC; debe depositarse en la papelera.

La iluminación de la habitación se queda algo corta.

L’emplacement ( à 2 pas de la gare route bus ADO)?
La grandeur de la chambre

Cons:

- impossible de recevoir un plan de la ville a mon arrivée ( suis allée en réclamer un dans un autre hotel) penser quand on arrive le soir et qu’on ne sait pas où l’on est…!:)
- aucune explication pour les excursions…
- 1 Employée parle un peu l’anglais les autres ne font aucun effort pour utiliser leur traducteur de langue sur leur téléphone:( Désolée je parle 4 langues mais pas l’espagnol
- Ascenseur en panne
- pas de tapis de bain
- pas de verre a dent
- pas de prise à côté du lit mais 2 prises à 2 mètres de hauteur vers tringle à vêtements dans l’entrée
( pas très utiles!!!!) :(
- aucune amabilité à la reception

Bon emplacement mais un peu cher pour ce que c’est
Pros:

Très proche de la gare des bus et de la rue principale menant au centre ville

Cons:

Établissement vieillot et manque de propreté… la douche coule dans toute la salle de bain et un tapis pour ne pas tout tremper aurait été utile
