Un hotel súper lindo, en una zona tranquila de palomino. Sin ruido, sin tanto movimiento. La cama tenía un mosquitero hermoso que parecía de cuento de princesas, cumpliendo la función de dormir tranquila sin mosquitos. La atención de Marleny y Miguel espectacular.
La piscina es hermosa, invita a darse un chapuzon si o si!. El desayuno estaba deli.

La atención del personal fue excelente durante toda la estadía. Siempre mostraron amabilidad, disposición para ayudar y brindaron un servicio oportuno que hizo la experiencia más agradable.
La regadera de la ducha requiere mantenimiento o mejora, ya que su funcionamiento no fue el esperado. Corregir este aspecto contribuiría a una experiencia más cómoda para los huéspedes.
El servicio dé Mayra y Miguel Ángel, los dos se portaron como los mejores anfitriones en el servicio, me entregaron la habitación una hora más temprano, cuando nos vieron tan agotados del viaje.

Mira on desayuno and cleaning service was super lovely, she made us feel very welcome and always smiley. It was nice that they switched up breakfast everyday
We didn’t have hot water for showers, so only had very quick showers
One suggestion is…It would be nice to have some parasols by the loungers in the pool to help beat the heat (but AC in the room also helps to relieve that!)

We booked a room in the brand new building with large double bed which was super comfortable. It was very clean and modern looking. The staff was super friendly, pool was nice, breakfast included and good (eggs, toast, fruits and juice / coffee etc.).
The building is still under construction and the works began around 7.30AM every day which was very loud and disturbing. The rooms were stylish but many things were missing for it to be practical (e.g., no cupboard, shelf or a single hook in the room to store clothes or hang the towels, no night lamps, bathroom windows couldn't be opened, no chairs on the balcony etc.)
Si de tranquilidad se trata el hotel es la mejor opción, cerca de la zona comercial pero sin ese caos.

L’emplacement il était top et un bel endroit, la piscine super agréable et le personnel trop sympa
Nous étions dans les dernières chambres très moderne très grande.
Mais dommage qu’elle ne soit pas réellement fini comme elle a dit quelqu’un d’autre dans un autre commentaire. Il manque des accroche serviettes des tapis pour la salle de bain de quoi suspendre les vêtements des chaises, un petit bureau pour poser ses articles il y a une terrasse mais il n’y a rien tout ça. C’est vraiment dommage parce que la chambre elle est super belle.
Mais elle serait encore plus si elle était finie et je crois que ça ça donnerait plus que 10/10
