If you want a place with good views, this is the place. The accommodation is very basic, and there were quite a few ants. They have a cleaning service, which basically means making the bed. I would go back for the views but not for the place itself.

The apartment is bright, clean and well equipped. It has amazing views to the sea. Better than the photos! The staff was friendly and the check in and out easy.
Hot water is solar powered so we couldn’t shower with warm water on rainy days

Een auto is echter wel een must om de rest van het eiland te ontdekken.
Er waren steeds mieren in de keuken, maar wij hadden er opzich weinig last van.
Sensational! Views of the sea and very clean. They even give you beach towels! Short walk to the nearby town, which has amazing food. Would definitely come back here.

Really nice view and private spot. Room was like the photos and they offered transfers from their office to the room. Room was very clean and tidy.
Place is a little bit far away even from Pollonia center (˜20m walk) so would highly recommend getting a car or scooter at least. Specially considering every transfer (to anywhere) is around 20EUR and buses are rare to find.

Nous avons tout simplement adoré notre séjour dans ce logement à Milos !
Le lit était exceptionnel et nous avons rarement aussi bien dormi en voyage. Le logement est impeccable : très propre, avec en plus une dame qui passait régulièrement pour changer les draps et faire le ménage durant notre absence, ce qui était un vrai plus.
La vue sur la mer était à couper le souffle, et le plus incroyable, c’est qu’on pouvait même l’admirer depuis le lit. Juste en bas de l’appartement, il ne s’agit pas d’une plage à proprement parler mais on peut accéder facilement à l’eau pour se baigner et faire du masque et tuba. Nous avons même eu la chance, un soir, d’apercevoir une tortue lors d’une sortie snorkeling : un souvenir magique !
L’emplacement est parfait, avec un parking pratique, et l’ensemble a largement dépassé nos attentes. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs pleins la tête et nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement sans hésitation.

It could be a bit cleaner, location is 15 min walk from Pollonia and the road to get the is just sand or gravel.

The isolated location made this a great stay. Peaceful and quiet. There's a nearby beach that's perfect for a quick dip. The room was very tidy. There are nice trails right outside the door for taking short hikes. It's even possible to walk along the beach into Pollonia quite easily. The staff in the office in Pollonia were very helpful with any kind of information. Use their help. The best...BEST thing though was the sunrise. If you stay here, you have to make sure you wake up to see at least one sunrise from the balcony. It came up almost exactly between Kimolos and Polyegos Islands and faced directly at our balcony. Spectacular.
The kitchen has only pretty basic amenities. Serviceable, but basic. The long road to the property is unpaved and narrow. It can be a challenge driving up and down the lane every day. I know it's just the style of bathrooms in many places in Greece, but I really don't like the bathroom floor getting all wet whenever someone takes a shower. The shower cubicle looks nice, but it doesn't do much in terms of keeping water off the floor.
