Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews repeatedly praise cleanliness ("foarte curat", daily room cleaning, "rooms very clean"). One review reported a strong mold smell in a room, so overall very good but not perfect.
Service
10
Staff repeatedly described as very nice, friendly and helpful (several mentions of "personal foarte amabil", "staff very nice"). A few minor service notes (e.g., order breakfast at booking) but overall exceptionally positive.
Location
10
Location strongly praised across reviews: central, superb views of the fortress, quiet and convenient. Frequent glowing comments about the setting and viewpoints.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms are described as big and generally clean, but multiple guests reported issues: uncomfortable bed for one guest, lamp/outlet problems, missing Netflix, portable AC noise/heat, and occasional furniture shortcomings — solid but with notable negatives.
Amenities
9
Breakfast, bakery next to reception, pleasant courtyard and general decor are positives. Some amenity shortcomings mentioned (no Netflix, limited breakfast options for some, no oat milk, no water one morning), so good but with a few gaps.
Value for Money
9.9
Many guests explicitly praise the hotel and say they would return or rate it highly ("nota 10", strong recommendations). Overall perceived as excellent value given location, service and cleanliness.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Breakfast repeatedly called delicious, diverse and very good; restaurant and pastries highlighted. Minor critiques: occasional missing spreads, need to prebook breakfast in some cases, small requests to kitchen staff — overall very strong.
Overall Experience
9.7
The majority of stays described as very pleasant or perfect ("It was a very pleasant stay", "Totul a fost perfect"). A few negative experiences (mold, bad bed, small amenity issues) slightly reduce the overall score but overall guest sentiment is highly positive.

It was a very pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was big, clean, warm (for the end of october it is important), the view was very nice, the breakfast was good and diverse enough, the staff was very nice.

Cons:

We were trying to setup the room to have a lower temperature in the night for sleeping, but it was not so straight forward.

Totul la superlativ!
Pros:

Amplasarea cu vedere superbă la cetate, personalul foarte amabil, camera foarte spatioasă, micul dejun diversificat si foarte bun. Cofetărie cu prajituri delicioase exact lângă recepție... Ce-ți poți dori mai mult?
