Pros:

Quiet with the superior room large enough to accommodate a family of 3, especially due to the extensible sofa. Breakfast varied enough and staff very friendly. There is an in-house restaurant where you can dine in with decent prices.

Cons:

Unfortunately, during our stay there was a team-building like event organized by a company, where their staff, each night had a large table set for them alone. The issue here is that their gathering was large enough to be an annoyance for other people due to the fact that they were extremely loud, laughing and cursing, while there were small children around (this is a family friendly restaurant and hotel, denoted by the fact that there is a playground indoors and outdoors).
Even more, they were smoking inside, which is prohibited by law, with no exceptions, and not even a single staff raised the issue with them.

Camera mare, patul confortabil, personal amabil, amplasare foarte frumoasa.

Cons:

Am primit camera pt persoane cu dizabilități deși nu era cazul. Aparatele de cafea s-au oprit inainte să părăsim locația pt mic dejun.

Hotel situat într-o zonă liniștită, aproape de zona centrală a orașului și de iesirea catre Poiana Brașov.

Cons:

Din păcate camerele de hotel necesită reparații, tapetul de pe pereți este distrus sau dezlipit in unele zone. Telefonul de urgență din baie nu există sau nu funcționează. In nici un caz nu este un hotel de 4 stele, poate maxim 3.

Awesome location for quick and comfortable access to the slopes
Pros:

all facilites were brilliant, breakfast was awesome and it really helped our planning because we could start eating before it was all laid out so by 8am we were ready to go to the slopes

Cons:

For us the rooms were a bit warm even with the heat turned all the way down
