Totul a fost la superlativ. Locatia este centrala si cu view spre cetatea Rasnov. Micul dejun si cina servita la restaurant au fost foarte bune!

Cons:

Camerele difera ca dimensiune la acelasi pret achitat. Curatenia ar putea fi imbunatatita! Locuri de parcare nu sunt la hotel, parcarea este publica si este extrem de mica! La receptie nu era nimeni, a atrebuit sa asteptam sa vina cineva, sa intrebam in jur.... apoi doamnele nu stiau cum sa scape mai repede de intrebari, desi nu se mai caza nimeni la ora aceea. Am ajuns vineri in jur de ora 16.

meniu bogat si diversificat pentru toate gusturile. Este usor de ajuns la Dino Parc si cetate, 14 km pana la Castelul Bran.

It would have been nice to have a wider variety of breakfast options, as the same two or three items were repeated each day. The selection of fresh fruit was also quite limited.

The playroom was dirty and poorly maintained.

Room cleaning could also have been improved. When we arrived, there was a large insect, possibly a mosquito, in the bathroom. I deliberately left it there to see whether the bathroom would be cleaned thoroughly, but it was still there when we checked out.

Our 2 nights stay was perfect
Pros:

Everything was perfect: central location, it had an elevator (very handy when you cary luggage and small children), the room was spacious and the bed was comfy, also the breakfast and the food we tried at the restaurant was really good.

O ședere superbă, cu servicii excelente și poziționare ideală pentru explorat orașul!
Pros:

Camerele sunt foarte mari și curate, iar mâncarea a fost super bună. Personalul este extrem de prietenos și amabil. Hotelul are o poziție excelentă în oraș, perfectă pentru plimbări, și o priveliște minunată direct către castel. De asemenea, promovează o grămadă de activități locale interesante.

Cel mai tare view!
Pros:

Hotelul este amplasat perfect - la cateva zeci de metri de centru, si totusi pe o strada linistita. Are vedere la frumoasa cetate Rasnov. Camera curata, utilata cu espressor, fierbator, televizor, AC, cosmetice de baie si DOUA balcoane! :) Personalul a fost amabil, de la receptionera, la doamnele de la curatenie, la ospatarii de la restaurant. Mancarea la restaurant (si la mic dejun, dar si din meniu) a fost excelenta.

Cons:

Din nefericire, camera a avut doua minusuri destul de importante - salteaua si baia. Salteaua, desi avea topper si, la cererea noastra, ni sa schimbat cu altul, era totusi foarte proasta. Patul facea o gaura unde stateai si astfel ne-am trezit cu dureri de spate in fiecare zi. Dat fiind ca principala functiune a unei camere de hotel este dormitul, trebuie acordata atentie si inlocuite saltelele. Am confirmat si cu alti oaspeti care au raportat aceleasi probleme.
Baia mirosea destul de rau, mai ales in prima zi. Doamnele de serviciu au venit, ne-au zis ca mirosul este de la solutia de spalat, au spalat cu alta solutie, dar mirosul nu a disparut decat abia spre sfarsitul sederii (presupun ca s-a estompat solutia).

Desi personalul a fost foarte amabil si a incercat sa ne ajute, hotelul primeste acest rating de la mine din cauza acestor doua minusuri importante.

tutto buono da rivedere la colazione poco organizata molto confusionaria buon servizio ma ...non è logico far pagare come extra lei 12,un caffe espresso. è vero che c'è la macchinetta manon è la stessa cosa per un italiano. Anche la frutta poca scelta e non di qualita. Nella terra e nel periodo delle ciliegie nessuna ciliegia. Nessun anguria. Insomma siete bravi con l'hotel ma nella colazione meno di 5 . Bravi i camerieri. Una nota al ristorante a cena , abbiamo mangiato bene.
