They made false allegations for making their bedsheet, pillow cover and towel messy and burned with cigarette that i dont even smoke and their sheets were already stained that i ignored during check-in but at the check out they were forcing me to pay additional 1600 rupees for the laundary cleaning and saying that i made all those things messy. They didnt provided a pre check in inspection that is must if they have to made these shitty allegations at the time of check-out. Their response was not expected. After asking why pre check-in inspection was not made they let me go but this led to unprovoked humiliation. Better not to stay with this hotel again
