Sehr schönes Hotel mit schöner und neuer Saunalandschaft. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Auch wenn es nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt war, haben wir diesen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

לא יודעים כל כך אנגלית, אין כמעט זמינות בקבלה, במיוחד בשעות הערב המאוחרות והבוקר המוקדמות כך שכמעט עם מי לדבר במלון. חיכינו הרבה מאוד זמן כל פעם עד שקיבלנו מענה ומישהו טרח להגיע לקבלה. בנוסף, החל משעה מסויימות נועלים את דלתות המלון בלי לעדכן על כך ונתקענו בחוץ הרבה זמן. לקח זמן להבין שהמפתח של החדר פותח את הדלתות של המלון. יום אחד גם לא ניקו לנו את החדר בלי שום סיבה. בנוסף, לקחו לנו 3 יורו מיסי עיר לבן אדם ליום כשבבוקינג כתוב 2.5 יורו.
