für 1 Nacht war es ok, Personal sehr freundlich. Schlüsselübergabe und Infos vom Hotel klappten gut

Die Lage ist super. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Informationen für den Kunden fand ich auch sehr gut. Preisleistung stimmte, da es noch ein Jubiläumsrabatt gab.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und Bad war nicht so sauber. Es hatte noch Haare und vermutlich Reste von Hundefutter (Trockenfutter) im Bad und im Eingangsbereich. Die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für eine Nacht jedoch ok.

Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht dass ich nie wieder auf einer Autobahnraststätte übernachte.
Pros:

Das Langzeit am Mondsee ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber bis auf die Spinnen und sonstiges Kriechtiere was noch an der Wand waren aber die kommen einfach und da können auch die besten Reinigungdamen nichts dafür. Auch der Preis für das Zimmer aufgrund einer Aktion war in Ordnung.
Das Restaurant: Ich finde das Restaurant vollkommen überteuert 1/2 l Leitungswasser für über 2 € oder Limonade bis zu neun Euro.
Ich habe ein Kalbswiener und einen gespritzten Apfelsaft 0,2 l bestellt und dafür 43,60 € bezahlt. Das Kalbswiener ist natürlich teurer als wie normales das ist mir schon verständlich, aber dann sollte es eine dementsprechende Qualität haben. Ich will vorsichtig sagen von Soufflieren hat diese Küche noch nichts gehört, den dann schaut das Schnitzel anders aus. Das Frühstück um 17.90 Euro hat dann alles geschlagen weder Buffet noch sonst was. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Kellner war sehr schwierig ich habe ihm mitgeteilt, dass ich Hotelgast bin und habe auf Nachfragen gesagt dass ich Gebäck, Schinken, Käse, Butter und Marmelade und einen Kaffee gerne hätte. Bekommen habe ich ein Brotkörbchen mit 2 verschiedenen Brötchen eine Butter eine kleine Marmelade und ein fertig zubereitetes Schinken - Käsebrötchen aus dem Kühlschrank weil es war einfach kalt. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mir schon was anderes erwartet. Mein Fazit wenn man nicht zu viel Wert auf komfortables Zimmer legt dann kann man hier gut übernachten. Aber beim Frühstück oder Essen würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen die Speisekarte auf sich einwirken zu lassen. Ich werde alles was mit Langzeit zu tun hat von nun an meiden. Vielleicht sollten sich die Inhaber dieser Kette die Rezessionen mal zu Gemüte führen und schauen was hier falsch läuft es sind nicht nur die Preise sondern auch das Personal das sehr schlecht oder gar nicht Deutsch versteht.

The location is good - close to the lake with amazing views.

Cons:

The price doesn't match the quality. The hotel is really chaotic - poor signs, unclear parking and staff either don't speak English or don't want to speak at all. Breakfast is also chaotic. The first day we had a menu with pictures, the second day a completely different, very small menu. I'm pretty sure that the extra payment for breakfast isn't worth it. It's just better to go to any café near the lake.
The hotel has an old lift and very old carpets. If you don’t arrive from the highway side, you park next to smelly bins. Cleaning is poor. During our 2 nights nobody cleaned the room, the balcony was dirty, and the door to the balcony was veeeery hard to open. The light in the room didn't work, so we used only bedside lamps.
The hotel is old and needs investment. That's a pity, because it could be a nice place for people travelling near Mondsee for 1–2 nights. Overall, we were disappointed.
