The idea of cottages is great

Cons:

The mattress in the Deluxe cottage is poor quality. The TV is small and wrongly positioned. The food quality is bad,we skipped the breakfast from past experiences

It's not a place I would love to go back.
Pros:

I liked how private and clean the cottages are.

Cons:

Breakfast was always poorly cooked. Menu never changed, for three days had to eat the same poorly cooked breakfast. Swimming pool was dirty.adults had to mix with kids.

Good location. Beautiful sceneries. The breakfast is great with a variety of options. The rooms are also very comfortable

Cons:

House keeping would be done without replacing the various ammenities. You’d come back at night to no ammenities and since the phone wasn’t working, had to walk in the dark to the reception.
Night one there was a very loud party going on we had to complain as we couldnt sleep with the noise. They swapped our rooms to a quiter one so we are grateful

They need to clean room floors, walls, microwaves, Dustbins better

Cons:

Cleanliness was not good. Smudges of finger prints on microwaves poorly swept floors, jacuzzi didn't work

Cons:

The picture and reality are very different. We didn’t find a sauna. The pool and gym were pooly maintained. We took the room with hot tub and almost paid double for it but the hot water ran out before evening reaching half of the hot tub.
It’s insanely freezing in the rooms, even the tiny electric heater they gave us didn’t help

Excellent hotel all around
Pros:

This was the second time staying in this hotel. Always a very enjoyable stay. Conveniently located between Narumoro and Nanyuki. Well designed hotel beautiful hotel. Accommodation super quiet and very comfortable. Wide variety of delicious foods. I will be back definitely.
