Das Parkhotel Sokolov würde ich auf keinen Fall wieder selber buchen oder weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut. Freundlichkeit der Bedienung im Restaurant.

Cons:

Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag (2 Paare) im Hotel als Gäste. Es wurden weder die Betten gemacht , noch fand eine Reinigung statt, weder Zimmer noch Badzimmer wurden gereinigt! Eine Nachfrage an der Rezeption bezüglich der von Booking.com beworbenen (Reinigungsservices Tägliche Reinigung) brachte auch keinen Reinigungsservice. Es fand kein Handtuchwechsel statt, selbst eine Nachfrage an der Rezeption nach frischen Handtüchern brachte kein Erfolg. Die Mülleimer wurden weder im Zimmer noch im Bad geleert. Das Hotel hat ganz klar etwas Sanierungsstau. Die Teppiche, Wände und Betten haben Flecken, Handtücher, Bettlacken sind teilweise löchrig, die Wände in den Zimmern, Fluren und Treppenhäusern sind rissig und haben teilweise Wasserflecken. In einigen Etagen fehlen sogar die Fußleisten in den Fluren.
Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört was auf den Nachbarzimmern gesprochen wird. Die Zimmer waren sehr kalt, eine Regulierung der Heizung am Thermostat war auf den Zimmern und Badezimmern nicht möglich. Ein Waschbecken in einem Zimmer hatte Risse die Wasserarmatur einer Badewanne war stark undicht, eine Fensterbank hatte Flecken. Im Restaurant waren die Regale verstaubt und die Oberlichter aus Glas waren stark verschmutzt. Der Whirlpool war ohne Wasser und konnte nicht trotz Anfrage an der Rezeption genutzt werden, da der Hausmeister während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht im Dienst war. (Beworben bei Booking.com Wellness Whirlpool/Jacuzzi Zusätzliche Gebühren Sauna Zusätzliche Gebühren). Bisher war ich von Hotelaufenthalten vermittelt durch Booking.com immer angenehm überrascht!

В цілому мені сподобалось. Особливо парк, в якому знаходиться готель - він просто чудовий. Його, до речі, видно з вікон. Лоббі виглядало краще, ніж номер. Меблі були пристойні, а от на стінах та ковроліні були плями, а на тюлі - дірки. За розміром кімната була ок. Був холодильник та світильник коло ліжка, навіть сейф. Чого не було, то це розетки у доступному місці, лише під столом, без можливості протягнути кабель, та інша - в туалеті. Шампунь не надають. За додаткову плату є безліч різних послуг, як то масаж, басейн тощо. Співробітники чемні, розмовляють кількома мовами.

Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war wie immer sehr nett und sehr bemüht uns noch ein tschechisches Restaurant zu suchen, das geöffnet und traditionelle tschechische Küche anbietet. Das nenne ich Service!!
Die Zimmer toll, Frühstück vielfältig und lecker mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Park.
Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne hierher!

Snídaně byl velmi dobrá, drobný nedostatek je fronta u kávovaru.
Klidné prostředí, kvitujeme možnost využití bazénu a jeho atrakcí.

Cons:

Dobrý nedostatek u snídaně, fronta u kávovaru, podle nás by bylo vhodnější použít alespoň dva nebo jinou alternativu.

Ruhige Lage und gemütliche Zimmer

Cons:

Wir kamen gegen 13 Uhr an, die Rezeption war noch nicht besetzt. Wir fragten beim Restaurant Personal ob wir das Gepäck noch bis zum check in unterstellen können (Zuganreise).
Kein Problem hieß es, wir können sogar schon den Schlüssel bekommen. Sehr nett!

Beim Check in um 14 Uhr wurde dann eine Gebühr von 300 Kronen für den Früh- Check in verlangt. Dabei wollten wir eigentlich nur unser Gepäck unterstellen. Nach einiger Diskussion wurde auf die Gebühr dann doch verzichtet.
