jezdíme do tohoto hotelu již léta a můžeme tedy porovnávat a bohužel musíme konstatovat, že se výrazně zhoršily snídaně, co se týče pestrosti, množství a také dostupnosti. V 8.30 nebylo pečivo, žádné teplé jídlo /vajíčka, párky, slanina apod./. V sobotu místo čerstvého pečiva chléb staršího data. Chápu, že všichni šetříme, ale neplatím 220/snídani, abych jedla staré pečivo.

Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage in einem Park, nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum. WLAN stabil, TV mit wenigen deutschen Sendern. Frühstück mit vielseitigem Angebot. Check-In und Check-Out unkompliziert.

Cons:

Badezimmer mit schimmeligen Fugen an der Dusche. Sauberkeit im Zimmer (in den Ecken und hinter den Vorhängen) hätte besser sein können. Restaurant am Samstag leider geschlossen. Nutzung Hallenbad wurde uns nicht angeboten. Ausblick vom Zimmer auf eine große Dachfläche.

Pokud máte velké auto budete mít problém zaparkovat, ale za to hotel nemůže. Konstrukčně se to před lety nepovedlo, ale ony vlastně dříve tak velká auta nebyla.

Pouze 6 parkovacích míst před hotelem, všechna byla obsazena, jsou zpoplatněna 200,Kč za noc.
Personál mě odkázal parkovat na náměstí před KB. Takže za mě, už se tam nevrátím.

Za mne zklamání. V Sokolově je možné využít levnější a kvalitnější ubytování.

Umístění zprostřed parku

Cons:

Velmi nízká kvalita úklidu. Klíče jsem převzala v recepci, bohužel jsem na pokoj došla v době, kdy byla recepce již uzavřena. Jinak bych žádala o výměnu pokoje. V koupelně nebylo možno zatemnit okno, 1.patro nad příjezdovou cestou k hotelu, také nepříjemné.
Cena za parking u hotelu 200.- na noc.

Das Parkhotel Sokolov würde ich auf keinen Fall wieder selber buchen oder weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut. Freundlichkeit der Bedienung im Restaurant.

Cons:

Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag (2 Paare) im Hotel als Gäste. Es wurden weder die Betten gemacht , noch fand eine Reinigung statt, weder Zimmer noch Badzimmer wurden gereinigt! Eine Nachfrage an der Rezeption bezüglich der von Booking.com beworbenen (Reinigungsservices Tägliche Reinigung) brachte auch keinen Reinigungsservice. Es fand kein Handtuchwechsel statt, selbst eine Nachfrage an der Rezeption nach frischen Handtüchern brachte kein Erfolg. Die Mülleimer wurden weder im Zimmer noch im Bad geleert. Das Hotel hat ganz klar etwas Sanierungsstau. Die Teppiche, Wände und Betten haben Flecken, Handtücher, Bettlacken sind teilweise löchrig, die Wände in den Zimmern, Fluren und Treppenhäusern sind rissig und haben teilweise Wasserflecken. In einigen Etagen fehlen sogar die Fußleisten in den Fluren.
Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört was auf den Nachbarzimmern gesprochen wird. Die Zimmer waren sehr kalt, eine Regulierung der Heizung am Thermostat war auf den Zimmern und Badezimmern nicht möglich. Ein Waschbecken in einem Zimmer hatte Risse die Wasserarmatur einer Badewanne war stark undicht, eine Fensterbank hatte Flecken. Im Restaurant waren die Regale verstaubt und die Oberlichter aus Glas waren stark verschmutzt. Der Whirlpool war ohne Wasser und konnte nicht trotz Anfrage an der Rezeption genutzt werden, da der Hausmeister während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht im Dienst war. (Beworben bei Booking.com Wellness Whirlpool/Jacuzzi Zusätzliche Gebühren Sauna Zusätzliche Gebühren). Bisher war ich von Hotelaufenthalten vermittelt durch Booking.com immer angenehm überrascht!
