I liked the interior design.
Smells like a casino in Las Vegas.
Staff in the lounge area take their coffee/cigarette break while you’re having breakfast few meters away…. I question the hygiene as the cook and the waiter like to have their cigarettes during breakfast time and the waiter did not wash their hands once they’ve returned to their tasks. They deserve the break but is there no place outside to smoke, hidden away from customers?? Receptionist is the same. She was not even there when other customers or we checked out in the morning. Breakfast does not include any juices, that’s extra cost. If you’ll ask for water they want to offer you a bottled one for a fee. First hotel I’ve experienced this.
No ironing facilities in the room.
The description says daily room service but our room was not made up once.

Beautiful stay - the pleasure of a home away from home with luxury touches
All very nice and special. Parking in the area as well easy.
Interior is special, staff is lovley, big park nad museums are near but you’re not in tihe center. Rooms with tihe view to tihe east have an amazing sunrise.
Rich breakfast with freshly squeezed juices. Clean hotel with enough-sized rooms, evening bar, very polite staff with constant smile on their faces.
Chair in the room is more like a bench, not chair.

They need to make small changes regarding walls (ceilling). To be cleaned.

Very loud music the hotel organised party till 1.30 in the morning and till the guests were gone it was 3 in the morning when we could fel to sleep
