Beautiful hotel! Our bungalow was amazing!!! The food was absolutely delicious!! The spa was great! My daughters enjoyed the yoga sessions. That staff really took good care of us! Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family.
The swimming pool was pretty but too shallow. I didn’t like that some cats and dogs were around the dinning room when meals were served.

El lugar es hermoso. La comida es FABULOSA y el personal super amable. Somos meditadores y tener la sala de Yoga para practicar a la mañana fue justo lo que necesitabamos. Muy recomendable.

Très bel emplacement sur la plage, repas soignés et service très sympathique.
Le bruit dans les hôtels avoisinant : de grosses soirées y étaient organisées les deux soirs de notre séjour (période de vacances en Colombie) et nous n’avons pas pu dormir, les deux soirs. Notre chambre (suite 3 personnes) était par ailleurs attenante à une autre, sans réelle isolation sonore, nous n’avons pas apprécié cette promiscuité dans un hôtel de ce niveau de prix.

Petit bémol sur le coq qui chante beaucoup la nuit
Nydelig frokost og vakker beliggenhet. Flott strand, men dessverre ikke forsvarlig å bade grunnet strøm og kraftige bølger. Dette var noe vi visste på forhånd. Vakkert basseng, men kun 90 cm dypt. Hyggelige ansatte som ville oss det aller beste.
MANGLENDE INFORMASJON! Vi reiste primært for å besøke nasjonalparken, noe hotellet også var klar over. Parken var imidlertid stengt tre ganger i året på bestemte datoer, noe hotellet hevdet de "ikke visste"! Vi var de eneste gjestene, så hotellet hadde også stengt restaurant, yoga og spa. Noe de heller ikke hadde informert om, - før vi stod der. Da vi sa fra om dette til "the manager", reagerte hun med avvisning og sinne. Hun kunne ikke vite når nasjonalparken var stengt. I ettertid ser vi at dette er informert om på parkens hjemmesider, også for neste år. Men altså ikke fra hotellet. Dette var skikkelig skuffende.
La cabaña, el gimnasio del yoga
La comida no me gustó para nada, estabas obligado a comer un menú cerrado de un solo plato sin poder elegir, desayuno aburrido sin fruta y tampoco sin poder elegir, parecía un colegio. No tienes opción de elegir ninguna. Los macarrones para cenar. En un hotel donde te obligan a pagar comida a los precios Europeos, pero te dan una caca.
La playa estaba súper sucia, los campings al lado tenían más cuidada su parte que un hotel de 5 estrellas. Las bebidas del bar de la playa son malísimos,

La comida y la atención. La gente que trabaja en este lugar hace que quiera volver, resalto la atención de Miguel, Marcelino y Luz. El hotel es espectacular, tiene un aura zen y busca la tranquilidad.
El cafe, no tienen cafe de calidad. La iluminacion no es suficiente en las habitaciones y el wifi no es muy bueno en algunos lugares, lo que hace que pierdas connectividad en horario laboral.
