Agradable, tranquilo y cumplidor
Pros:

Que se tengan habitaciones con aire acondicionado o ventilador (para los que venimos del sur, Chiclayo siempre hace calor), todo estaba muy limpio y en orden. El desayuno buffet.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la iluminación de algunas habitaciones, la que me tocó (206) no tenía muy buena iluminación en comparación con la otra que tomaron mis padres (309) que sus luces iluminaban muy bien.

muy compacto el desayuno y el lugar cerca al terminal para poder movilizarse a los diferentes lugares de Chiclayo, excelente ubicacion

Cons:

por la cancelación de nuestro vuelo, teníamos que quedarnos unas horas más, hasta las 20.00 y nos mencionaron que se cobraria como una noche más y no un adicional, debería tener otro tarifario por si pasa éste tipo de inconvenientes con los vuelos que a última hora los cancelan las aerolìneas.
