Por accidente dejé mi maleta en la recepción y mi insulina en la nevera del hotel. El personal me ayudó muchísimo a recuperar todo sin que tuviera que regresar a Chiclayo.
Todos aquí son súper amables y atentos. Apenas llegamos, nos ofrecieron ayuda para subir las maletas a la habitación y lo hicieron con una sonrisa, conversando con nosotros y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Se nota que les importa que los huéspedes tengan una buena experiencia. ¡Muchas gracias por su excelente atención!

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que el hotel no tiene ascensor. Si tienes problemas para subir o bajar escaleras, quizá este no sea el mejor lugar para ti. Dicho eso, es un problema bastante común en muchos hoteles de Chiclayo, y el excelente servicio del personal compensa ese inconveniente.
La piscina es más para refrescarse que para nadar. Es bastante pequeña para adultos y un poco profunda para niños pequeños. Además, durante nuestra estancia hacía fresco, así que realmente no la usamos ni la echamos de menos.
