Me dijeron que no podía hospedarme allí porque tenían un problema con el cuarto y que me tendrían que reubicar en otro hotel que no cumplía con los servicios los cuales eran motivos por lo que había elegido en principio este hotel. Encima pregunté porque no me avisaron antes y solo me dijeron que me habían intentado llamar, cuando previamente por WhatsApp les confirme que estaba en camino y no me expresaron eso, solo me dijeron “entendemos”.

Realmente quedé fascinada con la atención, servicio, desayuno bufett y la amabidel personal del hotel.
Pros:

Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, en un sector residencial y seguro.
El personal del hotel es muy servicial y atento.
Resolvió mis solicitudes en tiempo y forma.
