Pros:

Other than the low price, everything about this hotel was disappointing: misleading room description, no sea view, noise until late at night, poor cleanliness, unsafe facilities, and unpleasant surroundings. The property does not match its online presentation and is not recommended for families or longer stays.

Renovated rooms policy: the hotel has renovated rooms on the upper floors, but they are only available to guests who book directly through the hotel, avoiding Booking.com fees.
Our friends had an even worse room than we did (with a leaking and non-functioning toilet) and were only moved to a renovated upper-floor room after complaining. Those renovated rooms were clearly nicer, but were not offered to Booking.com customers.

Cons:

Misleading advertising: The property does not match the pictures shown online. We booked a 3-person room, but on arrival we were given a very small room. It was crammed with one double bed, one small bed, a few pieces of furniture, and a refrigerator placed right next to the bed. This meant sleeping with the constant noise and heat from the refrigerator directly at our heads. The room is realistically only suitable for one person, yet we (2 adults and 1 child) were forced to stay there for 8 nights.

View: We booked a seaside-view room, but our room had no sea view at all. Instead, the only view was of an empty field.
Noise: The room was located directly above the dining area. Noise from guests made it impossible to rest. Although the restaurant officially closed at 21:00, noisy guests stayed until after 01:00 every night. Sleeping or relaxing was extremely difficult.

Restaurant: Food quality was poor and prices were high.

Air quality: At night (around 02:00–03:00), when opening the window, we experienced very bad odors — a mix of manure and sulfur — coming from nearby swamps.

Mosquitoes: The area is full of mosquitoes at night. The balcony door had no mosquito net, so it was impossible to avoid bites.

Pool: There is a pool in the backyard, but during our stay the cleaning pump was not working. The water was only treated with chlorine. It did not appear clean or safe. One child even injured his head and nose while using the pool.

Location: The hotel is directly on a busy road with fast traffic, which is unsafe if staying with small children. While the beach is within walking distance, there is no reserved hotel area, so guests must pay extra for sunbeds and umbrellas.

Cleaning: For our 8-night stay, the room was cleaned only once. Towels and bed sheets were not changed at all.

Bathroom: Very small and outdated. The shower had no separation, so water spread across the entire bathroom floor. Combined with the rare cleaning, the floor quickly became very dirty.

Ok za krajse bivanje.
Pros:

Plaza cez cesto, bazen (mi ga zal nismo imeli casa sprobati), pri njih lahko tudi vecerjate.

Cons:

Glasen hladilnik, zunaj ogromno nadleznih music, ki se ti konstantno zaletavajo v glavo.
Zajtrk ni vkljucen v ceno.

Well maintained, the grass, the pool, the room was clean. Also the food at the onsite restaurant was surprisingly good. 3 minutes walk from the beach

Pros:

Very nice and conform, beach is few steps away, and in few kilometers a lot of beach. Nights quite and nice for rest. Restaurant in hotel delicious food.
