I did like the cleanness of the room, the staff are friendly, there are many activities to make and it is affordable, also it has calm beach
The hotel rooms are somehow far from the beachfront, about 350m to reach the beach, no chaise lounges on the beach or even swimming pool areas, all what is available is the annoying blue plastic chairs, no beach activities like jet ski, banana boats, etc.. this should be added, I believe some better introduction by the hotel receptionist is required for the accessible areas in the resort and the activities available, or a quick reference handbook to be available in rooms to help guests

Staff (The heroes):
The hero of the hotel is their staff. The staff is beyond friendly, kind, and dedicated. They make sure every single detail caters to your taste. Either it's the hotel manager, or Mr. Peter Samy, or the housekeeping heroes, or the restaurant staff; they were all extremely professional and keen. I made a late check out, then extended my stay due to transportation issues I faced, they were more than helpful and actually provided me with drivers' contact number, they adapted to my sudden changes in a minute like it was no sweat to them. Also, I left at night but they did not over charge me at all, even though they could have.
Accommodation:
The rooms are clean and vast, Ras Sedr's water is mesmerizing. The beach is only a 2-minute nice walk.
The room's view was cool and all the internal facilities were up-to-date.
You have a cafeteria by the beach to buy whatever you want and many other shops in the property.
Food quality and variety was the only down side to my stay, other than that it was perfect.

Rooms need renovation
1. The shuttle bus did not work after 9 p.m., and this was not told to us.
2. The fool quality was not very good.
3. There were no variations in the food, breakfast, and dinner used to be set menu.
4. The internet was only in the lobby, and they changed the password every day.
