The value proposition of NEW STAR CENTER SAS is to offer lodging plans named in the invoicing as PLAN NEW STAR, within which lodging is offered, a recreational activity (The guest can request a racket and tennis balls to make completely free use of the sports infrastructure. This sporting activity does not include the assistance of the tennis instructor. If the guest needs assistance, he/she must pay the additional value for this service) and ONLY one transfer from the airport to the hotel or vise versa.

Muy mal por qué al momento de hacer la reserva el sistema te da el valor total con IVA y cuando ya uno está allá salen con costos adicionales de IVA y seguros. Nos fuimos aburridos por qué nos cobraron dineros de mas y la verdad no volveríamos.

Muy buen trato , rapida atencion y diligencia. Ademas me ayudaron con el transporte en la madrugada para el vuelo que teniamos sin ningun costo adicional, el vehiculo era espacioso y muy servicial el conductor

todo estuvo muy bien, la ubicacion para lo que necesitabamos era perfecta, el personal fue muy atento y nos ayudo con lo que requeriamos en ese momento.

La ubicación a un tiro de piedra del aeropuerto.
Que estan abriendo un gran gym.
Es perfecto para aterrizar o despegar del aeropuerto de Medellín y despues ie a Medellín ciudad.

Convenient if you need a quick overnight transit. Airport pickup is included

The staff were accommodating and provided airport pickup. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport so it is perfect for a transit.

Cons:

The room is very basic. I couldn't get the curtains to close completely so they was a lack of privacy. The bed was hard which made for a difficult night of sleep
