Excellent location, good breakfast with slight variation from day to day.
There was some odour in the room and the heater makes the room very dry.

Nie dostalismy zamowionego apartamentu, rzekomo z powodu awarii łazienki. W rekompensacie otrzymaliśmy śniadanie, które nie było nam potrzebne.
l only liked the hotel’s location in the city center.
The room was very small and extremely stuffy because it was on the top floor. We had to climb very high stairs on foot to get there. The beds were placed under the slanted ceiling, so you could easily hit your head when getting up. The only windows that could be opened were skylights, which we used to get some air into the room, but when it rained, the rain came straight inside.
The staff were extremely unfriendly.

Grzyb w łazience, na glazurze, terakocie (płytki i fugi) i w prysznicu. Dobrze, że mieliśmy kapcie. Słabe oświetlenie.
Место расположения самый цент старого города. Рядом все есть, бары, рестораны, магазинчики. Номер и гостиница выполнены в ретро стиле.
долго искали гостиницу с номером не на крыше, не масарда, проверив трижды что нигде не указано что это масарда мы заказали номер. Приехали в гостиницу получили ключ поднялись в номер и он оказался масарда! я не могу находится в месте где головой бьюсь о потолок, немного поспорив и поговорив с девушкой на ресепшене нам все таки дали нормальный номер. На будущее если вы хотите отдохнуть, а не доказывать что-то, укажите при заказе что вы не будете жить в масарде. А гостинице надо указывать, какие номера они дают. Лестницы довольно крутые, а лифт не работал!

Great location, the room was clean and spacious
the location was amazing, the room was comfortable, the staff was nice and the breakfast was very good and big
they only clean the room if you request it, we did it but they never cleaned it. Also because of its centric location in the old town, you can hear a lot of noises in the street during night (not recommended for light sleepers)
The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. We could leave the bags in a safe for the day on the day we checked out. Location of the building is fantastic.
The hotel entrance was difficult to find. We were sent onto the third floor (felt more like fifth with the first two levels being high) with the lift not working. We are in our 50s and in good health but it would not be a place for anyone with knee, hip or other physical issues. We were offered the facility of hot drinks in the basement but it was not a welcoming place with little choice of drinks. Breakfast was basic, no question was asked about allergies or choices(e.g. vegetarian, gluten free, etc).
The room was very nice for four people. Two bedrooms and 1 and half bathroom s. A beautiful jacuzzi tip in main bathroom. We walk right out into Old Town Kraków.
The parking was tricky. Once we found it, it turned out ok.
The location was brilliant to everything
The facility in room were disappointing no milk for tea coffee towels were small and there was no WiFi in the rooms and it was a bit cramped between beds

Location. Early check-in. Left luggage facility. Spacious triple room. Large bathroom. Cleanliness.
The heat! So hot everywhere, we had to sleep with window open but very noisy on street below (traffic noise, generator noise opposite from 6:30 am, arguments from bar, car alarm, etc).
Also, breakfast was a little disappointing: coffee machine broke on first day which didn't help.
Great location! Excellent room with comfy beds! Staff very helpful and woke us as requested for an early morning flight! Highly recommend!
Hotel położony w zaraz przy rynku - świetna lokalizacja.
Śniadania okropne - w tej cenie podają słabej jakości szynkę, parówki. Na dodatek porcjowane do stolika. Brak świeżego pieczywa. O tym, że serwują porcjowane śniadania dowiadujesz się dopiero po ich opłaceniu.
