Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה טעימה, הצוות היה אדיב מאוד ועזר בכל שאלה. המלון- טירה משוחזרת- יפה מאוד, חוויה מהנה לטייל בחצר המלון ולראות תמונות שמתארות את תהליך העבודה על הטירה, יש פינות משחקים לילדים. המיקום מצוין ליציאה לטיולים באזור.

Pros:

חדר גדול ומרווח, נקי, צוות אדיב מאוד, ארוחת הבוקר אמנם הייתה קבועה וללא שינויים לאורך חמישה ימים אבל הייתה טובה. פינות משחקים בסיסיות ונחמדות לילדים.

Cons:

היינו בחדר בקומת עלית הגג, ותריסי ההזזה לא סיפקו מספיק חושך בחדר וזה הקשה על הרדמת הילדים. צוות המלון סיפק מגבת ששמתי בין החלון לתריס וזה פתר את הבעיה.

Pros:

I did a review last year on my short stay however I came back for a longer stay and I was so happy that I did. We stayed in room 302 this time which was a good size and had everything we needed. Bedroom and bathroom were decorated similarly to our previous room and there was no sign of wear or tear and everything was in good condition. Everyone was welcoming and we tried the beer bath which I highly recommend everyone tries even if its just for the experience. We wanted to try the Arcana castle game but reception were worried it wouldn't work in English so they allowed us to play before we paid. It was really fun and although there were a few hiccups with translation, I would highly recommend - it's a bit like an escape room game but you utilise the whole chateau. Everyone was so pleased that it worked for us.

I also wanted to add that I've seen a review here that no one speaks English in reception and I can't say I agree. Everyone can speak nominal English for checking in and out and when we had a bit of a more complex conversation around wanting to play the Arcana game, we got our phones out and used translate which everyone was happy to use as they just wanted to help. They are really so friendly here and I would recommend a visit for a few days on your travels to this beautiful country.

ארמון ישן ששופץ. חדר ענק, מאווזר, נוף פתוח, יש מעלית. הצוות מקסים ועוזר. ארוחות בוקר מאוד עשירות עם חביתות, ונקניקיות, נקניק, גבינות, לחמים, בלינצסים, קורנפלקס, יוגורט, פירות. יש הכל ובשפע. מול המלון מבשלת בירה עם מלא סוגי בירה ואוכל טוב. המקום שקט ויפה, קרוב לכמה אטרקציות. חניה בשפע.

Ein sehr schön renoviertes Schlosshotel in Kombianation mit der gegenüberliegenden Brauereigaststätte. Die böhmischen Gerichte und das frisch gezapfte Bier sind eine Empfehlung wert. Perfekt!

Pros:

Úplně jsem zapomněla, že jsem si zamluvila ubytování. Zděšení nastalo před 20 hodinou, kdy se z recepce ozval telefon s dotazem, kdy dorazíme! Řešili jsme v té době něco úplně jiného, tak mi to úplně vypadlo z hlavy. Škoda!!! Kdyby přišla alespoň na e-mail nějaká zpráva, jako vždy chodívá! Ale tentokrát žádné upozornění, tak nám pobyt propadl 😭😭😭. Chyba mě stála 2800,-Kc. Pro důchodce dost na to, aby jsme se k vám vypravili ještě jednou. Hodně to budu zvažovat, ale manžela to svijanské pivo rád.

Cons:

Naši situaci by řešilo včasné upozornění na rezervaci ubytování!!. Stane se, člověk má plno starostí a zapomene. Drahá chyba pro nás!

Krásně zrenovovaný zámek, vynikající snídaně, skvělé hotelové sužby.

Cons:

Ubytování bylo velké zklamání, místo zámeckých pokojů jsme byli s rodinou vmáčknuti do půdní vestavby nazvané Rodinné studio, kde o boule na hlavách od trámů a poškrábané nohy od kovových výstupků na postelích nebyla nouze.

Great place for Cesky Raj
Pros:

Breakfast is great with fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt, ham, cheese and eggs and great coffee. Rooms are very big, cleaned every day and the location is center to all cesky raj has to offer.
