Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel several times and choose it primarily because of its excellent location — one of the best on the resort. The service is certainly at a high level: in the restaurant as well, with breakfasts and dinners, the service is good, efficient, and fast. The rooms are cleaned well, the staff clearly makes an effort, and that deserves respect.

Cons:

At the same time, I happened to get an unfortunate room. There was apparently some ventilation equipment behind the wall, so there were occasional low-level noises. It felt quite strange to hear that while staying in the mountains, because I often vacation in the mountains and I know how quiet it usually is at night. Sometimes there were also noticeable smells.

Położenie Hotelu doskonałe

Cons:

1. napoje do kolacji zamawiałem np: 2 herbaty dostawałem 1 ale na rachunku były 2, obserwując stoliki to pomyłki nie tylko u mnie się zdarzały, (nie do przyjęcia w Hotelu 4S ) 2. dostałem zupę pomidorową (pokrojone pomidory w kostkę posypana pietruszka zalane wodą) skandal!, lub np: zupa z kluskami serowymi ( 6 klusek w bemarze na wszystkich w hotelu, 3. piękna strefa spa, pięknie podświetlone ściany, piękne lampki stojące, to by wystarczyło w 100% ,niestety do tego mnóstwo halogenów, a półmrok sprzyja relaksowi, daje klimat. (prosiłem pana opiekującego się strefą przez 2 dni o przygaszenie niestety nie reagował)

THE ENTRANCE/EXIT TO THE PISTS FROM THE SKI DEPOT WAS REALLY DANGEROUS. NOT ENOUGH SNOW AND ICY - SLIPPERY. VERY DIFFICULT PATHWAY TO ACCESS THE PIST AND TO COME BACK TO THE HOTEL. PLEASE MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT SO YOU CAN HAVE SNOW BROUGHT TO THE ENTRANCE AND FIX THE PATH. ITS A PITTY, THE HOTEL IS PERFECT OTHERWISE !!

Best ski vacation with the family ever.
Pros:

The hotel was great, food, staff and the accommodation conditions. The party for new years eve was fun. The ski area is good and always nice to stay at a hotel where it is possible to ski in and ski out.

The outdoor pool was in the nude area.
