Pros:

It's a very nice hotel directly at the Plaza de Armas of Ayacucho. It was super comfy and the location is excellent. The staff was nice and there was complementary coffee and tea. The breakfast was great, too!

Cons:

The free parking is a few blocks away. With heavy bags, the 15 uphill walk was a bit of a challenge. It's best to park at the Plaza de Armas to unload your baggage first.

La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy amable. La limpieza y la seguridad fueron muy buenas, lo recomendaría al 100%

Cons:

seria recomendable no permitir reuniones en el area de comedor, sobre todo de personas que hablan muy fuerte para comunicarse, porque llega el ruido a las habitaciones. Incluso por el eco, pedí que por favor le comunicaran a la persona que estaba teniendo una reunión que bajara el volumen, pero siguió hablando demasiado fuerte perturbando el ambiente. Por lo demás, excelente.
