It was easygoing
Pros:

Cold water dispenser in the lobby was really great with +30C heat outside. Breakfast was really good (simple but fresh and quality food). Accommodating personnel. Thank you and i will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Maybe an extra (small or foldable) chair on the balcony … that be nice. We were three in a room and spent some time on a balcony in the late evening enjoying the view of a vibrant city and cooler atmosphere … while two were sitting on the floor :)))))))

Clean comfortable and good value for money.
Pros:

Very clean with comfortable beds. Good communication from hotel about arrival and organised airport pick up. Very good value for money and particular liked the late checkout.

Unhelpful staff member - smelly room - disappointed

I was disappointed when I checked in - I asked the male receptionist if I could book a taxi for the following morning for 11:00 am and I was told "no" - working in customer service and hospitality industry this was such a negative for me. I was told I could not order room service and that option is not available in the hotel - so why is it an option on Booking.com? False advertising or another excuse of being unhelpful by the receptionist? The room had a stale smell as though the room had not be aired - after all the issues with check-in I just could not waste anymore of my time. Overall, just one BIG disappointment - a hotel I would not recommend to any family or friends - working on a cruise ship I have lots of visitors but now I will offer my advice to book a different hotel in Piraeus
