Bello, tranquilo, excelente valor!
Pros:

El desayuno de bufet estuvo muy bien, con buena variedad de opciones. El personal fue muy atento y respetuoso. Los jardines son bellos, con mucho espacio para caminar con nuestro mascota. El masaje fue un lujo. La habitación incluyo prensa francesa para café y nevera, ambos muy útiles. Se ofrece actividades sociales de noche y nos pareció chévere tener esta opción.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no nos gustó. En cuanto a qué se puede mejorar, el WiFi era inestable y no llegaba bien adentro de la habitación. Se pudo haber reemplazado el paquete de café para uso con la prensa francesa cada día.

Excelente en todos los aspectos, resalto la amabilidad y esmero de todo el personal, siempre son muy atentos, el hotel es muy bonito y limpio, tiene hermosos espacios rodeados de naturaleza

El sitio es espectacular, la vista es maravillosa y se respira tranquilidad. El servicio es genial.

Esperaba una piscina climatizada, el agua estaba muy fría. Creería que había pocos huéspedes y no se justificaba calentarla

Excelente hotel y equipo
Pros:

Sin duda me gustaría resaltar la atención de Sebastián y todo el equipo, estuvieron cuidando de todo detalle para que estuviéramos completamente cómodos y hacer nuestra experiencia excelente. Además el hotel tiene habitaciones súper cómodas y limpias con todo lo necesario. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Sito de descanso perfecto. Lo recomendaría y volvería con toda la familia!

El servicio el personal administrativo, de cocina, aseo, todos fueron muy amables y siempre estaban muy atentos a las necesidades que presentáramos. En especial agradecer a Tatiana quien desde un principio fue muy amable y atenta, en especial con mi madre una señora de edad en todo momento fue muy cordial con ella.

Cons:

Un poco el frio en la noche, sin embargo esto tuvo solución, gracias a la atención por parte de Tatiana.

Un excelente servicio. Las personas supremamente amables y atentas. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y espaciosas. Las zonas húmedas muy cómodas, prácticas y relajantes. Recomiendo contar con el presupuesto para el spa, un masaje excelente.
