Pros:

Super hôtel, chambre propre, spacieuse, confortable et joliment décorée
C'est un superbe hôtel après la randonnée, un vrai confort
Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant
La chambre dispose de tous l'equipements nécessaire et offre même une vue sur la montagne. Dans l'hôtel se trouve un très bon restaurant.
Elle se trouve à deux pas d'un court d'eau rafraîchissant quand il fait chaud

El trato genial, todo nuevo y limpio. Tienen el detalle de por la mañana acercarte al inicio de la ruta hacia teth y te quitas 4 km de asfalto.

Good property but not if you are visiting for the hike

Good location, comfortable and modern stay

Cons:

It's not the best option if you are visiting for the Valbona hike. Breakfast starts late at 7am. I asked if the hotel can drop us off till trailhead, staff gave us a vague response like "drop off at the end of the asphalt road" as a tourist I don't know where this asphalt road ends and if the hotel is talking about dropping us off at the actual trailhead. Turns out it wasn't the actual trailhead and we had to make last minute arrangements.

The reception is barely manned so there's no one around to answer queries. Restaurant menu is quite limited.

Large modern room, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great wifi speed.

Cons:

No choice with breakfast, I didn't really like what was served.

The hotel is right on the edge of town, there are no shops nearby to buy water or snacks etc.

Considering the beautiful mountains, we had a tiny window with no view at all.

Wonderful and helpful people
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were doing the Valbonë to Theth hike and they drove us to the start of the trail. The rooms were very spacious and clean. All 7 in our group enjoyed the stay.
