Convenient base for exploring Malta
Pros:

Located at the very heart of Valetta and 5 min walk from the central bus station. Walking distance to ferry to Gozo and the Harbour. Excellent choice if you use buses for sightseeing. We recommend the combo card Malta Heritage for sightseeing which includes many of attractions and is great value for money. A supermarket and many restaurants nearby. Our room consisted of two connected rooms, which was great for our family. Efficient communication with hosts, easy check in and check out, luggage storage room. Every day cleaning of the room. Excelellent choice at breakfast, a kettle, a coffee machine with capsules, and a refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

All was good.

Szuper helyen van!
Pros:

A szállás Valetta központi részén helyezkedik el, mindenhova gyalog el lehetett jutni, a buszpályaudvar is a közelben van. A sarkon van egy éjjel-nappal nyitva tartó SPAR. A szoba mérete megfelelő, a reggeli rendben volt, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Ha előbb érkezel és/vagy később indul a repülőd a csomagodat ott tudod hagyni. Butikhotel - nincs állandó recepció. Fontos, ide a taxi nem tud bejönni.

Cons:

A szobában lévő harmadik ágy kényelmetlen volt. Kilátás nem volt, a lichthofot lehetett látni és a másik házban lévő légkondi nagyon hangos volt.

Perfect stay
Pros:

This hotel is like a gem in the bustling city. Nestled right in the city centre offering an amazing location. Getting there is easy-peasy with the direction provided by the staff. And for said staff... they are all amazing. Super kind, rushing to help you out if there is any problem or need. I forgot to tell them beforehand that I am lactose intolerant and they rushed to buy an oat milk for me during breakfast. Two people in our group left early on our last day and we got cold breakfast package, not to mention they let my sister stay in the breakfast area after check out until her flight in the afternoon. 11/10 service and you can see it on their faces that they like what they do and it's not just a show. I can only recommend this hotel, so if you are thinking about booking, then don't think, just book.

Cons:

The only downside is that on the city side it can get louder in the evening, so if that is your concern, ask for a quieter room.

Un vero angolo di paradiso in pieno centro per godersi Valletta
Pros:

Ci siamo sentiti a casa da subito ,molto accogliente , pulita e curata nei dettagli . Poi la terrazza con la vasca idromassaggio un valore aggiunto . Colazione ottima, personale sempre disponibile e gentilissimo.
Sicuramente ci torneremo ! La posizione è fantastica , e nonostante sia centralissima , molto silenziosa !

Cons:

La domenica le campane della vicina basilica si fanno sentire a lungo , ma non dipende dalla struttura !!

L'emplacement idéal, la terrasse avec son jacuzzi, la chambre grande et confortable.
La réactivité sur le changement du frigo en panne.

Cons:

Besoin d'un rafraichissement des peintures et équipements (robinetterie instable au niveau du lavabo, joints du receveur de douche et le carrelage noircis, store banne en panne).

Lovely place for a cleaner to visit - hopefully one will eventually

We had to find alternative accommodation as it was so bad.

Cons:

Casa Reale was a hugely disappointing start to our family holiday. The accommodation did not reflect the photographs on Booking.com. Our room was dark, with no sunlight, and right next to a noisy lift.

The biggest concern was cleanliness. We found hair, dirty tissues and bedding that appeared to have already been used. We considered the room unsanitary and unacceptable, particularly when travelling with our four-year-old son.

There was also no proper reception area—the reception desk was at the back of a busy jewellery shop.

We left and found alternative accommodation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

La location e’ l’unica cosa positiva di questo “Hotel”, che hotel non e’. Per entrare ti danno un codice, non c’e’ una hall, una reception, niente. L’unico staff e’ quello della colazione ( decente e il personale molto gentile). La prima stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato ( numero 2) era davvero piccola, mentre la seconda stanza ( numero 6) era bella ma se vuoi fare la doccia la sera dimenticati di fare una doccia calda ( solo acqua fredda, mentre la mattina e’ anche calda). Su booking le foto sono fuorvianti perche’ nella sezione generale delle foro vedi una piscina e un rooftop, che invece appartengono all’ unica suite…in breve, sceglietelo se volete essere in una posizione centralissima, ma senza servizio di reception o aree al di fuori della camera.

Cons:

Non c’era possibilita’ di avere acqua calda per fare una doccia la sera, non c’era una hall o aree comuni.

Great location, good breakfast, clean quaint rooms but no personal touches from staff.
Pros:

Amazing location on main pedestrian street. Good breakfast, clean rooms.

Cons:

No one at front desk after 2pm, which is an issue when there is a concern with your room. The check in process did not involve traditional checking in, only receiving a text with door codes, but like an AirBnb but in a hotel. The cleaning staff was always late afternoon cleaning my room, which was quite inconvenient

Lokacija je vrhunska. Osoblje pristojno

Cons:

Čistoća sobe, pogotovo kupatila a o ručnicima neću ni govoriti. Prozor skoro pa ne postoji tj daje na ventilaciju iz kuhinje tako da je soba bila poprilično mračna i zagušljiva. Doručak nam nije bio ništa specijalan (razne vrste jaja, sve smo probali niti jedno nije bilo dobro pripremljeno). Šteta po tome tražimo smještaj (lokacija, čistoća i dorucak) kada putujemo pa nas je malo razočaralo s obzirom na recenzije koje objekt ima.
