スタッフの親切さと立地のおかげで快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

立地が素晴らしいです。バレッタの中心部、メインストリートに位置しており観光地は徒歩圏内です。
その分ホテルは狭い建物にありますが、1フロアに2部屋ほどしかないので部屋は十分な広さです。内装は洗練されたデザインです。シャワールームも広さがありました。

朝食会場も狭いなりに工夫されており、野菜はありませんが、フルーツの盛り合わせがあるのが嬉しかったです。その場でオーダーできるメニューが6種類くらいありました。作りたてのパンケーキが美味しかったです。

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切にしてくれ、ビーチタオルの無料貸し出しや、保冷剤の冷凍庫での保管、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりなど対応してくれました。
常にレセプションに人がいるわけではなく、朝食の時間以外は無人のこともあるため、その場合は0階のジュエリーショップのオーナーに対応してもらいました。

Cons:

それなりの価格はしますが、清潔感は見直せる点があります。電気ポットは汚れていて、変な匂いがしたため使いませんでした。バスタオルも少し匂いが気になり、使い古された感じがしました。蛇口周りの汚れもやや気になります。
また、私たちが泊まった部屋は広さに対して小さな窓が一つしかなく、外の景色も見えないため、閉鎖的に感じました。

It was a pleasant and wonderful experience.
Pros:

I like the location being in the heart of the main street of Valletta. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff, especially Marina and Jaliber.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Top-notch hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was really great and was the high point of the morning. Staff were really cheerful and served up excellent cooking.

Cons:

It’s not something I didn’t like, but the digital codes to get in the main door and the room were a new experience for me. Jane explained family type hotels are all going to this. Everything worked out fine, though.

Lekker dicht in het centrum, zeer centraal en toch rustig later op de avond.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed en de service van Marina was uitstekend, overigens alle mensen in de bediening deden hun uiterste best om de gasten zo veel mogelijk van dienst te zijn, ze zijn zeer vriendelijk en uiterst service gericht. De vrouw achter de receptie ben haar naam vergeten ook zo aardig en hulpvaardig. Overall top service en dienstbaarheid.

Cons:

Niks alles was naar wens.

Piacoleve La Valletta
Pros:

Hotel molto comodo nel centro di lavoro Valletta. Si trova nella strada principale della città, circondata da negozi. Nonostante sia in pieno centro, le camere sono ben isolate, non senti tanta confusione dalla strada. La camera è ben curata, ogni giorno viene effettuata pulizia. La colazione in struttura è soddisfacente e soprattutto lo staff che pulisce le camere e si occupa dell colazione è molto premuroso e disponibile. Un plauso alla signora Antoinette sempre molto cortese. Ci ha fatto trovare la camera pronta al check-in, anticipando gli orari. L'ultimo giorno si è prenurata a preparare le box per la colazione perché dovevamo lasciare la struttura prima dell' inizio della colazione. Piccola accortezza che ci ha permesso di comunque usufruire del servizio colazione.

Cons:

Il letto e i cuscini un po' troppo morbidi.
Preferisco materassi più rigidi.

Die Lage, das Frühstück und einfach ein nettes kleines Hotel in der Mitte von Valletta.

Cons:

Im 4-er Zimmer war das zweite Bett etwas unkomfortabel, aber OK.
