Outstanding boutique hotel for a short stay in Malta
Pros:

+ The breakfast staff were superb!! Especially Natasha 😊 thank you for being so kind and caring!!
+ Front desk staff, especially Marietta was super helpful and kind!
+ Food was very lovely, and great that it was served on the roof ❤️ get to enjoy the sunrise every morning!
+ The location is impeccable.
+ Shower and bed is outstanding!

Cons:

- The hotel manager I presume, was a little bit unkind / rude when I asked if it is possible for a late check out. I fully understand and respect if the answer is „no“ it is not possible, but his tone of voice could have been a bit friendlier when he rejected my request.
As a hotelier myself, who worked before in a boutique hotel, this level of service from a senior / manager staff, was really unnecessary.
- The WiFi is not very stable.

Kiváló lokáció. Kényelmes ágy, tisztaság. Bőséges, széles választék reggeli. Kedves személyzet.

Cons:

A wc/fürdő és a gardrób helyiség ajtaja értelmetlenül erős behúzószerkezettel van ellátva, így kifejezetten nehéz az ajtók nyitása.

Wonderful location and easily accessible.

Cons:

We were at the location for 7 nights. Although we did get clean towels every 2 day and the bed changed once during our stay, I would have thought that they could clean the bathroom during our stay. The sink was never cleaned at all.
A small thing but would have been nice during our stay.

Great stay in the heart of Valletta
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Nice local breakfast served. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Daily treats and some complementary drinks in the mini bar were much appreciated.

Cons:

Didn't particularly like the days when we had to have breakfast in our room due to the weather. Shame they couldn't have a wet weather solution for the rooftop breakfast area. The traditional Maltese breakfast was however very nice.
