Pros:

Everything is clean and tidy. The staffs are super friendly and very nice location. And really affordable.

Cons:

The aircon is not really making the room cold, my son need to remove his clothes just to stay asleep. Overall, good experience.

Definitely a do not judge a book by its cover property as it is a gem on the inside.
Pros:

Hotel room was updated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Unique feature were doors to both the parking lot and an interior hallway to the restaurant/ bar. The price made it a great value for a stop when travelling through Winnipeg. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We left a small toiletries bag in our room and they held on to it until we returned through the city without any issues. Great local bar and wonderful breakfast restaurant attached.
Our stay definitely exceeded expectations.

Cons:

Hotel does seem to have a number of longer term residents around and the outside and parking lot were rough looking and busy. Water stains in the corners of ceiling took away from the wonderful updating of the room. Check in was at the bar so you had to wait inline while people ordered food and drinks.

Clean, reliable, and great value for a quick overnight stay.
Pros:

Although the hotel looks a bit old, it was very clean and well maintained. There was no staff after 10 PM, but they kindly arranged for the key in advance, which made check-in smooth. It was a great value stopover for our cross-Canada trip.

Cons:

Some facilities are a bit outdated, and the room could use some renovation. Also, the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Extremely disappointed
Pros:

The customer service was great at check in

Cons:

Our beds were very hard, one of them had blood on the sheets not from us.... and there was a bunch of wet towels in the bath tub all used dirty. Wasn't impressed unfortunately

A nice little hotel in a safe area, at a very reasonable price.
Pros:

There is a nice pizza place across the street for dinner and a cafe attached for a great breakfast.
Being able to park right outside the door gives some piece of mind.

Cons:

Window blinds are not light blocking.

Good stay for the price
Pros:

Staff is super friendly, the room is really clean, nice towels and toiletries. Very flexible when I inquired about rescheduling due to the weather

Cons:

Very hard bed and not very sturdy. Walls are thin, so very loud. The heater is super noisy, so either sleep gets interrupted every 10 min when it starts or switching it off. The blanket was relatively thin, so without heater it got quite cold.
