Lokacija, osoblje, cistoca, komfor

Cons:

Hrana! Zapanjujuce losa! Pogotovo na Zlatiboru! Mali izbor, neuredno, mlaka cak nekad i hladna, kao nama pomfrit, pirinac, meso.. neukusno, slatkisi i voce u vrlo vrlo skromnom izboru. Restoran i deo gde je posluzena hrana mali i skucen za ovakav hotel. Previse guzve i buke. Osoblje koje dok cisti stolove oko vas baca escajg i prljave tanjire. Menadzment bi morao da obrati paznju na bucne i nevaspitane roditelje koji se dovikuju sa svojom decom i u restoranu i na bazenima. Supruga i ja smo boravili u skoro svim hotelima na Zlatiboru, za preko 20 godina i zaista smo se nadali da ce ovaj biti najbolji, na zalost nije.
