- The location perfect
- Superb breakfast
- Polite and kind staff
- Spa and wellness infrastructure and service
- Cleanness excellent

Cons:

- During checkout was told about mini bar charges, whether nobody informed in advance about presented outside mini bar food, sweets to be considered as mini bar elements. For the hotel this kind with lot of positive elements it was surprise to me to encounter with these charges.
- It would add additional value to have some water in rooms as complimentary gift to visitors for this kind of hotel with so high deserved rating scores.

Estuvimos 4 días y estuvimos super a gusto. Volveremos!
Pros:

El hotel es excelente. Maravilloso. Pocas veces he estado en un hotel tan estupendo. El trato del personal, el playground para los niños que hay dentro es enorme y tiene de todo. Las instalaciones super agradables. La comida del buffet muy rica, en especial los pastelitos de postre de la cena. Muy agradable para ir con niños y en familia y además super centrico. Espero volver pronto!

Cons:

El trato de los camareros, no fueron nada amables con nosotros. Quizás influyó que no hablábamos serbio. Sin embargo los jefes que estaban al cargo del restaurante estaban muy pendientes de que estuviéramos bien. Muchas gracias! Tal vez también diría que las almohadas no eran excesivamente cómodas pero también es algo muy personal

Hotel i smjestaj izuzetni,osoblje lose.

Hotel je izuzetan,cist,bazen i spa odlicni. Lokacija odlicna.

Cons:

U toku boravka nestao nam je prsten iz sobe. Takodje osoblje je ulazilo u sobu bez kucanja i najave i narusavalo nasu privatnost.
