We had an absolutely fantastic day at this beautiful hotel. It really exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious

The location is perfect and we really enjoyed the pools and delicious breakfasts and dinners.

Pros:

The room itself and all of the hotel facilities are great.

Cons:

Smoking in common areas that you have to walk through on the way to kids play place and pool is a problem. Also, the play place opens only on 12pm which is a bit late.

An excellent hotel with a superb spa center, but the big minus is paying for parking within the hotel.
Pros:

Excellent spa center.. Spacious and excellent rooms..

Cons:

It is not right that in such a hotel parking is paid separately, it is also not right that during dinner drinks are paid separately, that there is not even water to drink.
