faut être plus sympathique qu’avec les clients
Pros:

franchement le personnel est très désagréable, il est gentil uniquement avec les gens des pays de lest, tout le reste, ils font la gueule du matin au soir

Cons:

la propreté des champs laisse à désirer le service de chambre, nettoie pas du tout bien, ils ont vraiment beaucoup de mal à comprendre ce qu’on demande et j’répète, les gens sont lunatique et pas sympathique du tout

Izuzetna usluga, preukusna hrana, odlični sadržaji za decu, hotel za svaku preporuku♥️♥️
Pros:

Izuzetno osoblje, preukisna jela, čistoća na vrhunskom nivou. Sadržaji u hotelu su takodje izuzetni, spa centar, masaže, slana soba, igraonica, sve je prilagođeno porodicama sa decom. Odlična lokacija, blizu jezera ali tiho i u borovini. Vratićemo se sigurno, jer je hotel Buket definitivno medju najboljima na Zlatiboru.

Cons:

Voleli bi smo da je voda u velikom bazenu za nekoliko stepeni toplija. Voda u malom bazenu bi takodje mogla biti toplija.

Pros:

Az étteremben nagyon változatos és finom ételek voltak.
A wellness részlegben van finn szauna, bio szauna (kb. 70 fokos), gőzkabin és sószoba.

Cons:

A jacuzzi vize 31-32 fokos volt, ami nagyon alacsony.
