Určitě doporučuji, i když malé výtky k ubytování jsou, ale i to se dá při dobré vůli zvládnout.
Pros:

Velikost pokoje, poloha hotelu, ochota recepční a obsluha při snídani.

Cons:

úklid - nedostačující výměna ručníků( za 5 dní jenom výměna malých 2 ručníčků), vzhledem k orientaci oken do hlavní ulice - noční hluk z diskotéky

BYł to bardzo miły weekend w pięknym Sumperku.
Pros:

Elegancja, lokalizacja, łóżko było wygodne .Śniadanie było dobre ,nawet czarna herbata była ,co nie zawsze jest takie oczywiste.

Cons:

Pechowo trafiliśmy,że basen i SPA były zamknięte.

Děkujeme, že si zákazníků vážíte a poskytujete velmi kvalitní služby. Rádi se vrátíme.
Pros:

Čistota a prostředí při snídani a celková čistota ve všech prostorách hotelu. Hotel disponuje terasou na střeše, což je výborný nápad. Je umožněn i pozdní příjezd kde je karta od pokoje a hotelu vložena do bezpečné schránky. Pokoj byl vyvětraný, což ve všech hotelích bohužel nebývá.

Cons:

Uvítali bychom alespoň jeden náhradní měkký polštář a v koupelně pokoje číslo 11 jsou před toaletou uvolněné a popraskané dlaždice. Toto jsou opravdu jediné zanedbatelné nedostatky, které budou jistě obratem odstraněny.
