Außergewöhnliche Location. Das Hausboot ist mit der Fähre von AMS Centraal schnell zu erreichen.

We gaan zeker nog een keer terug!

De accommodatie, een boot, is een belevenis op zich!
Het personeel is super vriendelijk!
De locatie is fantastisch!

Cons:

De televisie deed het niet. Er is geprobeerd dit probleem te verhelpen, maar helaas niet gelukt.

I loved it, I would stay here again!
Pros:

I loved staying here and have zero regrets. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room had air conditioning, everything was clean, it’s very easy to get to the rest of Amsterdam via the free ferry and it’s quiet.
Also, no bedbugs!

Cons:

I don’t see these as negatives but some people might want to be aware that the stairs to get the the rooms are very steep which is common in buildings in Amsterdam (and I suspect, boats) this is just something to be aware of if you have difficulties with balance or a lot of luggage.
The other thing which again, was not an issue for me, is that the beds are small and the mattresses are thinner than regular mattresses.
Personally I think this is a big advantage as there is a big bed bug problem across Europe and many hotels have recent reviews with complaints. Thinner mattresses and smaller beds are typical on boats and less likely to harbour bedbugs.

Heel leuke ervaring
Pros:

Heel leuke ervaring om eens op een boot te slapen. De ligging was uitstekend. Heel lekker geslapen, matras en kussens waren perfect.
Check in was geweldig: geholpen door een ontzettend vriendelijke man, dit zorgde al meteen voor een perfecte eerste indruk.
Mijn zoon van 9 heeft het ook ontzettend naar zijn zin gehad.

Cons:

- zeep in de douche was op. (Dus niet goed nagekeken door het kamermeisje)
- het is voor de veiligheid dat je de ramen in de kamer niet kan openen, maar ik hou persoonlijk wel van verse/frisse buitenlucht.

Très déçu par le service client
Pros:

L’accès facile au centre grâce au ferry gratuit fréquences élevées environs 15 mn pour 10 mn de traversée. Le calme de l’endroit, nuits paisibles.

Cons:

Deux chambres deux jours avec petit déjeuner.
La première chambre vue sous le ponton.
La seconde chambre avec une très forte odeur d’égout.
Pas assez de tables pour le petit déjeuner.
1er jour petit déjeuner très minimaliste et non renouvelé (pas de pain, pas d’œuf, pour les derniers arrivés.)
2nd jour le propriétaire décide que le café du petit déjeuner est payant. Du jamais vu et alors même que la note d’information dans la cabine indique un accès libre et gratuit à la machine à café.
Cabines très petites, sans espace de rangement.

Cons:

Il personale della reception non c’era quasi mai. Quando siamo arrivati per il check-in la porta era chiusa e non c’era nessuno. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare e contattare tramite sms. Dopo circa 20 minuti é arrivato un ragazzo che non sapeva nemmeno dove fossero le chiavi della camera. Ci hanno assegnato la camera numero 9, ma aveva una finestra rotta dalla quale entrava acqua di notte sul cuscino e sul letto. L’ultima notte dopo la nostra lamentela ci hanno cambiato camera assegnandoci la numero 7.
