La primera noche me dieron por error una habitación sin ducha, yo reserve con ducha que es el doble de grande ,la verdad fueron muy amables y para las noches siguientes estuvo solucionado.

Paikka ei ensinnäkään ole mikään hotelli vaan huonolaatuinen hostelli korkeintaan. Huone on niin pieni ettei siellä ole edes mitään paikkaa sängyn lisäksi mihin laukkunsa laskisi. Epäsiisiti koppi kun ei sitä huoneeksikaan voi kutsua. Töykeä henkilökunta myös luonnollisesti.

irst of all the facility doesn't look like hotel. It dont have any service, and the upstairs are too high and shallow.
Regarding my experience.
In my nature i don't like complain about thing, rather i try to fix the problem. But, if you ask my experience at this facility. I trat me bad. Tje reason i booked was to sleep and rest when i would arrive in amsterdam. But, when i arrive at the facility, nobody was there, i didnt see any body. I try to call there number on, it was not functioning. I decided to wait untill the receiption came. For his audacity at noon time one guy appeared from the the room i was sitting beside. I was shocked.But, i try to be calm and say to the individual, "why you did this to me" he say the checkk in time is at 2. As if i come that day. I told him that i was booked yesterday and i arrived eaery down time. So he looked at the watch and he say what you need to now. I said i need you to allow me to use my booking for today. He responded " I can't do that" and he continue to says you can summit your case to Booking.com
I give up, i didn't like to quarrel with him. Becose, i was so tired and looking for somewgere to sleep.
So, long story shore. I didn't use my booked room and my money has gone. So, please, if you guys advice that dude to return my money

The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

There was only one socket which was high up near the wardrobe which made doing my hair and ironing a bit awkward but I made do.

The room smells musty also probably because it is so old- but it could be done a bit nicer for the price

First of all, you will be surprised the moment you open the door, it is a steep and narrow stair all the way up to the reception office. You might ask the staff to help you carry the luggage. The room is not clean and no daily room cleaning. There is no fan in the room, I was sleeping in a very hot and uncomfortable condition. The check-in is strictly happen at 2pm only, I was not allowed to check in when I arrived 10mins before 2pm.

After booking a double room, we were given two separate beds which we had to push together and move the mattresses. Mattresses were not too comfortable and no fan was available for the warm room where we had to keep the window open whenever in the room, closing when sleeping to not awaken during the night.We had to buy soap separately for our showers with no towels also. With most work being done by ourselves to accommodate the necessities one would usually see in a hotel which haven't previously been seen.

Muita escada, mesmo pra quem está acostumado e muito complicado eu tinha lido mas pensei que não era nada demais. Porém não é fácil.
