Nice, but disappointing for a >9 score

Eric was friendly and communicative. He tried to accommodate us. .
Location is close to the train station.

Cons:

The room was souterrain, they could have put that in the title of the "room type" like most hotels would do and adjust the pictures of the room to this specifically (we did not notice they mentioned this in the email that they sent).
The window next to the master bedroom is next to El
/ below the garbage bins, so besides breathing in fresh garbage air, we were woken before 7am when the garbage collectors came.
The room also had a strong fungus smell and the floor behind the wall of the bathroom was wet after we showered. The toilet seat was also not fully attached, in general the room would do well with some more care.

Direkte Nähe zum Zentrum, Sauberkeit, tolles Bett.

Cons:

extrem enges Bad ohne Fenster und Lüftung, Fenster die man nicht öffnen kann, nur eins schieben von unten nach oben auf 10 cm Spalt, das ist die ganze Luftzufuhr. Der Lärm der Hausmitbewohner in der Nacht ohne Rücksicht. Eine späte Ankuft kann man auch viel leiser abwickeln.

Lindas y cómodas habitaciones
Pros:

Tuvimos 2 habitaciones, una doble y una suite triple. Camas cómodas, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Llegamos caminando desde Amsterdam Centraal. La suite triple queda en un semi subsuelo, lo cual no es problema, es muy espaciosa, está bien equipada y cómoda.

Cons:

En la cocina de la habitación triple falta un tostador para el desayuno. Y a veces salía mal olor del desagüe del lavaplatos. El lavamanos de la habitación doble está dentro de la ducha, lo cual fue extraño y tal vez no tan cómodo, pero tampoco fue un gran problema. El resto estaba perfecto.
