Pros:

Les lits étaient hyper confortables, on a trop bien dormi!

Bellissimo e comodissimo
Pros:

Molto pulita e in una zona centralissima, quasi in pieno centro. Posizione ottima. Interni ristrutturati e molto accoglienti. In pieno stile olandese.

Cons:

I due letti singoli , benché chiaramente dichiarati in fase di prenotazione, erano un po scomodi per la coppia. Come tutti gli italiani mancanza del bidet.

Property is a very short walk from Central Station, perfect location for those looking to be close to the centre of Amsterdam. The property is set back from the main streets, on a quieter road, so there are no issues with noise etc

Pros:

Posizione ideale per girare Amsterdam a piedi. Vicinissima anche alla stazione centrale. Ronald disponibilissimo.
Abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio di transfer gratuito dall'aeroporto.

Beautiful room with everything you need - 10/10
Pros:

I stayed in the Double/Twin Room w Canal View and everything was excellent. The host is friendly, the location is close to everything but quiet enough at night, and the room was perfect: very comfortable bed, powerful hot shower, lots of towels provided, mini-fridge, massive opening window with perfect canal views, and the decor is beautifully designed. So glad I chose this place and will be back!

Terrific accommodation in quiet area within easy reach of all the main attractions in Amsterdam!
Pros:

The accommodation was very comfortable and stylishly decorated. It was situated less than 10 minutes walk from central station and we had a lovely view over the canal. It was perfect for exploring Amsterdam by foot and Ronald the owner was friendly and informative. We were very impressed with our accommodation and would definitely stay there again on future visits.

Cons:

Nothing - we loved our stay in Amsterdam and the location was perfect!

Great location, beautifully big room - will stay again!
Pros:

Location was great, 5 minute walk from amsterdam centraal. So made getting around really easy. The room was a good size, bed was very comfortable and good tea and coffee selection.
Would definitely stay here again.
People have commented on stairs, but you’re going to be hard pressed to find a stay without steep stairs in amaterdam - unless you’re in a big chain hotel / apartment complex.
Room was also beautifully warm - we were there mid March and it was pretty cold out.

Cons:

There was an issue with the light in the bathroom, which we were told about on check-in.
We did struggle with it occasionally, but manly overnight so didn’t want to bother hosts. During the day we were able to get it to work no problem.

Happy family experience
Pros:

A great choice for a holiday with our 4-year-old child. The location was excellent and we could easily walk everywhere. The room was very spacious and the kitchen had plenty of coffee and tea available. The heating worked very well and kept the room warm and comfortable.

Even though the room is on the semi-basement level, the lighting and ventilation were very good. The host was very attentive and helpful. On our last day, they kindly allowed us to check out later according to our flight time.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.
