Die Lage ist eine Eins und Ronny und seine Frau sind unglaublich freundliche, hilfreiche Gastgeber. Sie antworten sofort und geben gute Tipps fürs Sightseeing und Restaurants.

Pros:

Appartement avec beaucoup de charme et vraiment central. Le contact avec Ronny est au top ! Il est très serviable et arrangeant.
Très bonne literie !

Cons:

Appartement un peu sombre. Dans le salon, on entend un peu les bruits d'escalier du l'immeuble et la tuyauterie.

Great place well located with lovely owners
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, beautiful decoration and smelled so nice we went to buy the room fragrance they used. Ronald was so helpful and although there was no lift, helped us with all out luggage.

Zentral, ruhig und rundum perfekt für unseren Amsterdam-Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und freundlich, die Kommunikation unkompliziert und perfekt – alles hat einwandfrei geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Für unsere Tochter gab es ein separates Ausziehbett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Fantastic haven of serenity
Pros:

Fantastic place to stay, Ronny was very welcoming and communication was perfect from him. Our rooms were great, perfectly spacious and with everything we needed, especially the family room in the basement. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, and what great nights sleep they had had. Location was great, short walk to everywhere we needed.

Cons:

Only suggestion would be more than one key for each room, but thats not essential and was purely because our group split up in day. I wouldn't rate them any less for this.

Nice, but disappointing for a >9 score
Pros:

Eric was friendly and communicative. He tried to accommodate us. .
Location is close to the train station.

Cons:

The room was souterrain, they could have put that in the title of the "room type" like most hotels would do and adjust the pictures of the room to this specifically (we did not notice they mentioned this in the email that they sent).
The window next to the master bedroom is next to El
/ below the garbage bins, so besides breathing in fresh garbage air, we were woken before 7am when the garbage collectors came.
The room also had a strong fungus smell and the floor behind the wall of the bathroom was wet after we showered. The toilet seat was also not fully attached, in general the room would do well with some more care.
