Pros:

Super Lage sehr freundliches Personal die einem auch den Koffer die sehr steile Treppe ins Zimmer trägt.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber - Fenster konnten wir nicht öffnen 🤷‍♀️

A perfect stay in Amsterdam.
Pros:

Perfect location to explore on foot, view from the window onto canal was lovely to wake up to, breakfast was delicious, hospitality made you feel like you were at home. Perfect!! Thank you Natalie.

Lovely little hotel.
Pros:

Good location, just beyond the main canals and with good bus and tram links. Comfortable beds and pillows, tea and coffee. Quiet.

Cons:

Wet rooms aren’t my favourite but it wouldn’t put me off staying again.

We zaten drie hoog en er was geen brandgang
Er was geen afstandbediening van de tv
De badkamer had schimmel aan de muur en was echt heel klein
De telefoon hing kapot aan de muur
Veel achterstallig onderhoud
En daardoor was het echt heel erg duur voor hetgeen je kreeg

Pros:

Such a great location! Only a very short walk into town. THE most kind staff as well, open for a conversation and any recommendations. Let us play the piano in the reception area which was a treat. Quite small rooms, but the windows made the space feel beautiful and big enough for a few nights.

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde at the front desk. DONT STAY HERE staircase dangerous!

It was small in size and that was appreciated.

One man was fantastic but the other was terrible.

**Don't stay here the staircase was seriously dangerous - especially with luggage.**

We found it very difficult to reserve breakfast because the staff member said they required our room #. He could not be bothered to look it up on the computer. He then complained to us that he "had to go and buy groceries to make the breakfast" which ofcourse isn't our problem. We ate elsewhere and avoided the front desk not knowing if it was Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde each day! Not the best way to enjoy your holidays. So we would say: very unprofessional staff member.
