Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy decepcionante y no cumplió con lo mínimo esperado para una habitación de 3 personas.
En primer lugar, la habitación estaba ubicada en el sótano, lo cual no fue informado previamente. El espacio era notablemente reducido, sin la amplitud necesaria para alojar a tres personas con comodidad, y generaba una sensación clara de agobio y encierro.
A esto se sumaron graves problemas de mantenimiento: la puerta de la ducha estaba en mal estado y no cerraba correctamente, lo que provocó que el baño se inundara por completo cada vez que la utilizábamos, haciendo imposible ducharnos con normalidad.
Esperamos que el establecimiento tome medidas urgentes para que futuros huéspedes no tengan que vivir esta misma experiencia. No recomendamos este alojamiento en su estado actual.

Canal view was amazing
Beautiful views of the canal! The location is pretty central and very close to a tram stop.
Loved the area. Check in and out super easy and quick. Got told loads about the place during check in and a map which was handy! Clean towels every day
Very loud at nighttime - we kept thinking the window was open it was that loud at 2/3am. Beds aren’t the softest. Lacking in a little fridge to keep drinks cool especially as it was warm when we stayed
2nd time we have stayed here. Great position! We had a canal view room which was lovely. Bed comfortable and all very clean
No air con but a fan was provided. Be aware there is no lift and stairs are typical steep and narrow. Host happy to help with bags

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Alles wat schoon. Ik had de kleine kamer geboekt, deze is ook echt klein maar alles was wel aanwezig.

Brilliant family run hotel with excellent vibes and a very friendly welcome. We loved it!
The friendly staff made the stay 10 out of 10.
No Elevators and no AC, but that’s very common in Amsterdam. As an American, it is hard to comprehend a room without AC, but there was a fan that kept us ventilated.
We had an interesting stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and lovely.
The room however was disappointing. It was VERY small and had no drawers or cupboards (or anywhere really) to store clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases which wasn't great as there was no room to move around.
The shower and toilet were one wet room and the sink was in the bedroom. Not ideal but wasn't too bad although something to note if you book this room.
As we were there when the weather was at really hot, the fan in the room was on the floor but didn't have the affect of cooling us down. Therefore we had to rest it on the table, which was too small, so ultimately kept falling off.
Our room was lovely with 2 windows looking over the canal. The owners were very hospitable. The location was good off of the main drag, with public transportation very close. The value of our room was good.
The steps were very steep in his hotel which we knew.
I have been to Amsterdam several times but this hotel was head and shoulders above anywhere I have stopped, it’s very clean, the staff are super friendly, it’s a lovely walk into the centre, I also left my expensive headphones in the room and the mailed them back to me in the uk, forever grateful, the only place I would stop when visiting again I owe you a drink Nathalie ♥️

The hotel is really cute and the room was larger than expected, spacious, with a fireplace, sofa and a gorgeous view.
I had a large suitcase and there are no elevators, but the owner was super nice and helped me both going up and coming down the stairs.
