Pros:

After a heated argument, owner shifted my accomodation to another property". That too, I was charged extra. Rest isn't even worth mentioning. Booking.com is useless when it comes to property verification and customer care.

Cons:

Nothing. The hotel is in a dirty building with everything broken inside (door handles, tv, toilet flush). It was a mess.
